Interesting to see how the major shareholders will vote as well and l think the Pl’s might be Persuaded by the fact that he will accumulate 29% up to and possibly above 20p which would be on shareholders best interests not to mention what he brings to the table in terms of his vast experience of lending and understanding of AMGO, plus his knowledge and know how in none FCA regulated territories he currently operates in.

The last times JB has stepped in changes have been made, albeit he didn’t win the vote. I agree that the two directors that JB wants to go might leave voluntarily and amicably and even is JB doesn’t win the EGM, then it might push the two directors out anyway!

Also, if he doesn’t win he may go ahead and buy 30% possibly and take it private or stay as a PLC.

I must say that l am glad JB pulled the GC resolution keeping him as CEO. As long as JB has some sort of directorate role then this would be a BoD’s made in heaven and AMGO would be at full strength. I hope AMGO agree this scenario without a vote TBH, but hey ho, whatever will be will be.

I have a feeling the SP will start to creep up now in anticipation of JB Overhang disappearing in a few weeks.

I also think the results were an enormous turning point with complaints slowing and cash still strengthening the bottom line.

My target was 35-50p, but if the above falls in to place l now thinking higher.

All sounds right Lioness, but although JB sold 1% a day, doesn’t mean he has to buy 1% a day. Why not just buy everything in one go to fill the 29% ASAP.

So only 2.8mn of the 9mn warrants have been exercised, so we still have the overhang going forward, which will hold the price here l guess.

I am expecting 20p floor now, NAV is 38.1p and can’t wait to see tomorrow NAV figure but for me that is the most important stat tomorrow. AMGO are raising approx £10 million cash per month so I am hoping for a revised NAV of circa 45p.

Well my thoughts
1. Vote against JB and in favour of current board that took the SP from £2.70 down to 4p.
OR
2. Vote for JB who grew a business from £100 in to £1.3 billion PLC and in the same breath guarantee 29% of stock to be bought and create a floor of 20p and 66% mark up!

Not difficult really.

Some people are getting confused..... 20p isn’t the end game.

It’s the starting pointo to higher levels.

I’m voting for JB as l’ll get a guaranteed 66% uplift from where we are now.

Now just imagine if there is a good RNS tomorrow..... 20p is a starting point in the days that lead ahead.

I’m seeing 30-50p again on the horizon during September if all falls in to place.

1. Walks away and leaves with GC which is perfectly fine.
2. Pushes for EGM with some whistles and bells attached to sweeten the deal.
3. Makes a formal bid.

Vicjain, you can exercise warrants at anytime if you read VAL’s Recent Q&A. I also thought it was 15p for five days but is not the case.

Don’t understand the constant sells - warrant holders taking their 1p profit?
