Anyone wanting to take over the company (If anyone wants the regulatory headache / baggage at Amigo, plus claims / complaints) would be an idiot not to wait 50 days until the price has bottomed (If it survives) out after RG selling which ends in September.

I don’t think JB gives a fook now after the BoD have decimated the companies value.

JB got £1/3 billion from the IPO and if you see RG’s accounts on Companies House he has doubled this in 2 years so l really don’t think he is too worried about his £12.5mn worth of AMGO stock, don’t you?

How ****ed off would you be after all his hard work over the years taking £100 business in to a £1.4 billion PLC, to see it all undone in 24 minths!

If last week is anything to go by, the SP will most likely be below 4p by Friday.

Why on earth would JB buy a regulatory nightmare as is Amigo?

Why not just set up a new loan company and start again rather than a car crash!

Saying that, now with the regulatory (as opposed to when Amigo was formed) headache for pay day and guarantor loan companies, l am sure JB probably has better investments to pursue.

This company is on the verge of going bust like other guarantor / pay day loan companies - all it needs is for the complaints / claims and defaults to significantly increase and teh company is fooked!

Very few buyers around today so suspect this will drift lower.

The risk completely overshadows any reward at present.

The company has gone from a mkt cap of £1.4 billion to £35 million in under 2 years.

The BoD have completely fooked it up big time.

Helly, you have to remember that £35 million was the old figure - the new number could be well over 2 or 3 times that.

Also, historical figures In the report will not reflect the current dire situation!

The market is dictated by supply and demand and the supply of stock is still to the tune of 57% of the total market cap.

Nothing going to happen until another 270 million shares has been dumped!

After today if there was a buyer then there would be a TR1.

RG have today now sold 5% of stock

The price has fallen 50% from 15.5p to 7.9p in 5 working days since the 17th June GM.

Now if thats after 5% dumped, what about with a further 56% To go over the next 2 months.

Another confirmed 1% sale.

As the buyers dry up, the SP will start to diminish.

A few chancers buying at present that might have wished they had waited a few weeks longer before buying.
