The 301 agreement was RNSd 4th July so l expect news before YE, but suspect this was lead to a deal as the VAL data was very good from memory.

Finally, cash is king and this is one hell of cash generating business with £145 million so far..... going up £10 million per month!

Magmanus, the BoD don’t have to actually beat JB as the writings on the wall.
I’m voting for JB on several fronts:
1. He knows the business and the industry after-all, as without JB there would be no AMGO!
2. We have a guaranteed buyer of 29% out of the free float of shares.
3. The idea of expansion out of the UK and FCA regs means that we can partly forget the FCA interfering and the blood sucking CMC’s that are after their pound of flesh.
4. I think the market want JB back as he’s the one that made this +billion pound company.

I would think JB is just selling in to the open market as we would have seen TR1’s and we haven’t.
September is going to be interesting!

It is quite normal to have what would be deemed a small patient sample in Pl/ll. This phase is simply identifying positive results to justify a the next trial.

Phase lll is where a partner is required as the costs (dependant) are in the millions and patient sample is in the hundreds sometimes thousands.

Well my one question is...... why has JB publicly stated that he will buy 140 million.

As far as RBC are concerned as any lender will tell you, AMGO simply re-finance and pay off RBC.

Good analysis Franky, but think you are forgetting an important point in that JB will be buying 29.5% stake in the market at 20p or higher.

If he loses the vote, l personally think he’ll buy anyway.

The other point is that the market prices in the news you state in anticipation of the turnaround and after Q1 UPDATE the signs are there already so your 30-50p will be achievable IMHO in Q4.

£1 - £1.50 by 2021
