Just want VAL to sit pretty and no news whilst the price continues to rise, bit of profit taking, consolidate and then gently rise again!

Up to 4mg was l believe >35% PSA and doubling, so up to 8mg and beyond (wherever the sweet spot it is) is tantalisingly exciting.

Imagine if 201 can get to +40% and rival Xtandi with no or little side effects then BOOM time.

Big pharmas should be then chomping at the bit to do a deal!

I got ya Mazik and l agree on keeping the momentum going for the time being so hope VAL 201 RNS is later this month.

GLA, exciting times and been waiting 3 years for this change in sentiment / news.

BTW, £50 mn market cap is circa 90p per share.

A lot depends on results but I can't see why VAL shouldn't hit £50m on preliminary results and £100m on detailed results

A little chalk and cheese but we have seen DDDD and SNG 5 bag and PYC 8 bag.

My hope is we can see circa +30p pre-201 RNS organically on the SP re-rate plus Viera..... your warrant exercise and others should see another warrant update RNS which should add 3p to 5p.

Then we have our platform for product RNS lift off and can genuinely see +£1 per share, maybe higher like PYC

Why think about exit points now when this story has only just begun. The biggie will be commercial contracts / licensing when VAL will be in the pounds IMHO.

Xtandi is the current primary prostate cancer drug:

A total of 129 patients received enzalutamide. PSA response rates (>50% PSA declines) were 58/119 (48.7%), 58/115 (50.4%), 54/110 (49.1%), and 47/91 (51.7%) at weeks 4, 8, 12, and 16, respectively. Having a PSA response was a statistically significant prognostic factor of improved OS at 8 and 12 weeks in univariable analysis, whereas it was significant at 12 weeks in the multivariable analysis. Patients treated with enzalutamide had a median OS of 7.8 months.

Side effects of enzalutamide when added to castration include asthenia, back pain, diarrhea, arthralgia, and hot flashes.[2] Rarely, it can cause seizures.[2] It has a high potential for drug interactions.[2] Enzalutamide is an antiandrogen, and acts as an antagonist of the androgen receptor, the biological target of androgens like testosterone and dihydrotestosterone.[2] In doing so, it prevents the effects of these hormones in the prostate gland and elsewhere in the body.

Pfizer will pay about $14 billion in cash for the cancer drug company Medivation, a deal that will add the pricey late-stage prostate cancer treatment Xtandi to its oncology portfolio. ... and the Japanese drug maker Astellas Pharma jointly market Xtandi, with Astellas selling the drug outside the US.

More than happy for the price to consolidate and take a breather. It doesn’t need ramping, just let the story unfold.

Forgot to add that £2.50 would still only be a 10 bagger, where we have seen recent examples of 20 and 30 baggers!

I think if VAL201 is half decent, l think many on here may be very surprised at the contract size that could be awarded by a pharma for next phase.

Yes please stop ramping for an RNS on Monday, l think it will be a few weeks away and this will only invite traders who will fxxx up the steady price rise action we have had so far. If you are long this is not helping your cause one bit!

The RNS stated Q3 which has another 3 weeks to run plus a steady and stable SP is made by slow increments, profit taking by traders and consolidation.

Been invested for 3 years here so please let it take its natural course as VAL will do the talking not a BB.

I’d be happy to get news at the end of September to allow the stock price to re-rate and more importantly consolidate.

Then news and springboard!

Happy we have had no RNS yet, so the SP can continue to re-rate and continue its momentum.
