I would add that Sir Roger invested about £100M at 275 per share. I would think he wants to see at least 275 per share and so do I.

It is difficult to understand how these many factors will affect the share price. I have no idea how they will account for the effects of the partnership and how this will affect profit. Clearly there will be some extraordinary entries. I expect the accountants will figure some of this out and profer some sort of story with the full year results.

You are right. The insurance side kept the business going during the pandemic. The previous management teams have been poor in letting that business fail so badly. I suppose that I am just hopeful that the new management are competent and have our interests at heart.

Hey Rogue. I agree with you that nobody knows yet what the correct share price is or when it will be achieved. However we do know that the Company must be worth more now than when the Company was in lockdown but the SP is about the same now.

Hey Alnwick. I have also doubled down so many times that my A4 share certificates nearly reach as far as yours. Distance is approx 57 miles but you have gone somewhat further. We should do OK eventually. I don’t think I can double down again.

The current share price is equivalent to 9.5P pre-consolidation at a time when the cruise ships were in lockdown and everything was looking very bleak for any kind of travel. The cruise business is now booming and river cruise is starting to impress and insurance is being sorted out. Also the weird ideas of Saga Exceptional etc introduced by the previous CEO have been turfed out. The share price could easily be a very great deal higher than it is and I wouldn’t be surprised to see 300P this year. RDH bought in at about 275 I think,

The Company management believe that the aim of the game is to make sure that the small shareholders learn nothing. They delay the results and then keep quiet. Why should they tell us? They would hate to give us any good news.

Ianian. They almost certainly read this board and are fully aware of our feelings. It seems that they just don’t care. We need to find a means of making them care. I wasn’t aware we had the choice to vote against some of things you suggest. Is there a more powerful option we could adopt?

We have given approx £1 million worth of shares to the senior management. Great news eh?

It seems that the Saga investor Relations Department have a policy to tell the shareholders nothing except for how many free shares they have given away to Saga senior management. They seem to see it that as long as they treat all shareholders equally, ie telling them nothing, then they can’t be accused of unfairly giving out information. They make no effort to encourage shareholders to invest and this, I believe, is part of the reason that the Share Price is floundering. The Investor Relations should be sacked as, in my opinion, they are not doing their job.

I was looking to see if there is any hint of a significant announcement on the agenda for the AGM. Is it possible they could announce something significant?

Does anybody understand the Special Resolutions proposed for the AGM and the significance for us?
