This is exactly the right product area. Maybe a little too soon for NANO's dots as we're not planning to scale up yet. Could be that Intel are at the sampling to customers stage though.

Not sure about that BBD. Why aren't the board of Rolls-Royce (the jet engine one) in jain after being found guilty of widespread bribery or HSBC for complicity in money laundering for the Mexican cartels. Don't think they're any better than Samsung. It's just if illegal behaviour is pursued by UK companies the executives get a peerage rather than a prison cell.

There are some cautionary points for us to take from the case as well. The $2.18 billion is seen as a huge payout. One of the largest in US history. The other one is that Intel now has two further options to delay. Firstly, to ask the judge to delcare that the jury misapplied the law and following that to appeal the judgement.

It's simply because the market is all sentiment. People are weighing lots of macro factors. If the news stays positive one of the catalysts will rerate the sp. One can never predict which it will be.

Now I've read the timeline in the response I hope Nanoco are sueing for financial compensation, contract to cover future royalties and a Samsung Award of Honour for the trophy cabinet!

After reading NANO's response it feels more than ever like Samsung's whole strategy is aiming for a settlement as late and as low as possible.

Thanks TwentiesTrader. I've bought some GAW since the dip below £100 coincided with some money becoming available. Intersting to note that you mentioned they are barely scratching the surface in Asia. They are introducing a big Cathay update with Total War: Warhammer 3 coinciding with a table top revamp. No doubt it's already been mentioned on here but it certainly looks like there could be a big push coming there in GAW financial year 2021.

Sorry Botbot, I guess I'm just not following why 4 months into an 18 month project the test should be anounced. I thought they were only developing one test - the visual one. An update would be nice of course.

There are no plans to delist from AIM and any sp increase realised by buying on the Nasdaq will be mirrored on AIM throiugh arbitrage so no issues.

The only way DP can put US investors over UK ones is to run fund raising on Nasdaq that AIM investors don't get access to. That might hurt some UK instos (but wouldn't they find a way to have access anyway?) but in my experience retail investors like us don't get access anyway.

He sold because he was forced to. It gave me the buying opportunity I needed to get involved. If he buys a few million shares again and holds them I struggle to see anything wrong with that.

Posted about the chips on Monday Davethebrave. Very exciting indeed but any product would be many years away. I doubt anyone bought any shares off the back of it.
