Hydrogen is only likely to be a tiny component in a new energy mix. Even that will make it a large industry though. All the other parts of such a mix will also rely on all sorts of exotic and non-exotic metals (exc. nuclear I suppose). In most scenarios it should be great for JPL. My worry is that it's all noise again. We need to see fosil fuel subsidies removed and that money at least start finding it's way over here. All Carney's initiative has acheived so far is give a lot of the world's most culpable companies a new badge to put on their websites.

Well, let's hope this is the exception that proves the rule.

Ah, I've answered my own question. It's just cross trading. ShareInvestment, I've been invested in many companies that have dual listed and cross listed in the US. I'll be gobsmacked if it makes any difference at all.

Hear hear to Ben and Jerry's I say for taking a stand. The moves of one big fund make a lot of noise but I'm sure there are many more investors supporting them.

I don't expect this to do diddly squat to the share price but isn't there usually some terms for entry to a new market? An issue of new shares, costs to pay, etc. Did I miss that?

Not much more than green washing at the moment Mikie. A lot of those institutions could be described as foxes in the henhouse when it comes to the environment. Let's hope they can change their ways.

Hi NGR1616, given the statement, "Deliveries for these customers underpinned our revenue for the year and allowed us to finish the year with revenue of £2.1 million in line with Board expectations, having started the year with a contracted order book of £1.0 million." Since the extra £1.1m this year is only for research volumes if one of the customers launches a commercial product the £6m a year should easily be surpassed. Unless I'm misunderstanding the statement of course.

Haha BTB, you're a breath of fresh air at the moment. Results are exactly as expected. There are a few glimmers of hope. Revenue £2.1m against extected £1m at the start of the year because of sales to sensor customers, expansion of the sensor offering to 8 different materials and finaly some progress on the EU ban for non-cad based film offer room for some optimism. On the other hand for a company that's running a loss until one of the sensor customer coughs up for commercial volumes and with no money likely to come from Samsung if NANO win's the case until at least the end of next year the cash runway looks very tight.

I'm not sure what one small company can do Mr Flibbles but it's up to all of us to try to prevent further damage from climate change. If TGR are doing anything to help locally I hope it will heartily be supported by shareholders.

When challenged companies always say this, "has no intention to conduct a placing at this time". Plausible deniability I suppose. In my experience it doesn't mean that they couldn't develop the intention tomorrow and have it done and dusted in time for the presentation.

TW is gutter trash plain and simple. However, none of us know what's going to happen. It feels like we've been waiting around so long that it's going to break one way or the other big time any minute now.

It's unlikely TGR graphene could be used for this technology because, "The GMG cells use graphene from made from its proprietary plasma process." Graphene comes in many different types depending on who's made it and how. It's a good illustration of the demand that will eventually come for the wonder material though.

The real news here will come with interest rate rises. Ewan Stevenson was all over Bloomberg and CNBC yesterday repeating over and over again, "We are highly geared to interest rate rises." Expect large sp rises, more buybacks and dividends once the rate rises start coming.
