The best commentary for me on this issue since Friday – and judging by the 44 recommendations it has already received (I’ve never seen so many likes for a post here) – is the one from Brighty “FLT3 had no material impact on the share price rising in 2020”. It well and truly demolished the bogus points made about the so called “value” attributed to the Sareum share price of FLT3 Aurora. The China deal in March was derisory, it was viewed as such by the market and priced in accordingly. It is abundantly clear from all the posts that most long term shareholders are of the same view & that our true value is based on our global patents/Tyk2/SDC1801/1802/Lupus/Covid. Hence why our share price has been rising on the back of these announcements.

I’m with you Bridges & Brighty. The US patent update and Covid application was the reason for the October re-rate to 3p. Then there was the December Nature publication and RNS relating to Sareum's SDC-1801 TYK2 being identified as a key genetic mechanism of critical Illness in Covid-19. This was then followed up by the latest US patent confirmation RNS. These announcements stabilised the share price at 2.5p. Those in any doubt should check the RNS dates and resultant share price rises. These are the actual facts.

We have much bigger opportunities coming our way. Many here were unhappy with (and suspicious of) this deal from the outset. Time to focus on our TYK2/JAK1 / Covid pipeline. This is where the big bucks are.

I'm with you Bridges regarding 8p - I'm expecting 3.5p soon and then up to 8p quickly thereafter. The patent news yesterday guarantees major pharma interest and once we hit 8p it will be a sustained rise to 28p and much much higher on the back of a raft of news including licencing, milestone payment/s, covid data and probably a takeover.

As Sareum FOMO kicks in lets hope for an ARB style climb here. 2.6p in March 2020 to 120p today. Most of the gain has come in the last month alone going up from 10p in December 2020 to 125p today. Come on Sareum lets see a similar rise.

This should help push Sareum to 3.5p - 4p. The FLT China RNS news could take us to 8p to 10p....

The FLT3 milestone RNS could be issued any day now according to what we were told at the AGM "Sareum received an upfront payment and is eligible to receive an additional c.£0.90 million dependent on certain milestones being achieved by January 2021 and the Company will provide an update in this regard in due course. Sareum is also eligible to receive a further development-based milestone, and revenues upon the commercialisation of any products resulting from the agreement".

I'm with you Ahfam3 and Fearg re 28p as a baseline. As you quite rightly point out Ahfam "And for those doubting this could spike to 16.5p on news, well I point in the direction of Valirx who spike to 65p on nothing but rumour- oh wonders of AIM". Exactly. Most now see 28p+ as a distinct possibility.

I remember Bobbler at the time of the Chinese announcement back in Q1 of 2020 stating that he thought it could be Sinovac or Sinopharm. I felt that he was on to something and still do and I agree with Thoth's post on this. We are about to find out. We could be seeing 10p soon. I'm with Workingpharma on the gains that could happen here. 10p can easily then become 20p etc.

After all these years it is certainly magnificent to see Sareum on the cusp of greatness with the scientific justification for SDC-1801 re Covid-19. This is the tipping point for Sareum. 2021 is going to be our year.

I think you might be right regarding Merck as the joint 737 data was compelling: "100% regression of tumors after 21 days".

I agree that 2p will be achieved soon, Andy. I'm part of the 28p brigade and I see this being achieved in 2021. In fact I'm pretty sure it will go much higher than 28p.

2p close today for SAR would be good ahead of the AGM tomorrow. Lots of news inbound.

Well, it's called an investment for a reason and I'm on the Number 28p bus heading towards "Takeoverville" via "Licencing Land" although the driver and conductor are taking the long route! I had hoped that they would have taken the A road rather than a bumpy country lane. I'm confident though because of the following news to be issued:
1. Covid Grant data / research
2. Lupus update / data
3. Milestone payment for Sra737
4. Milestone payment and update re FLT3+Aurora
5. Licencing or progress with TYK2/JAK1
6. Takeover possibiity
There's been quite a lot to read about on my bus journey regarding 1-6. Next stop 2021 and 28p+ but as I say had the driver been taking the A road we would have reached our destination by now without the country lane detour that he's decided to take us all on.

Well I have just over 6.5million shares in Sareum built up over a ten year period. For me the same annual pattern is emerging where Tim and John are now just packing up for Christmas (job done this year in their view - the biggest year for the pharma sector ever) and that we'll not hear very much more from them for several months. The AGM will be a re-hash of the last few where we are told that there is lots in the pipeline and that our science is the best. It is pretty clear that Tim is not going to change his MO however much we might disapprove of his woeful comms and deal making skills to date (which is why he needs to just focus on the science as it is becoming abundantly clear that Sareum need a deals driven CEO - plus a new Chairman - to be appointed). The reason the share price has hit 1.25p today from a high of 3.09 in October is a direct result of Sareum's failure to keep the investor momentum going. I do believe that this will head to Thoth's 28p in 2021 (and beyond) but my goodness had we had a more dynamic CEO, Chair and board of directors we would probably have achieved the 28p share price by now given what has evolved in the pharmaceutical sector in 2020.
