3. Plus don't forget that Oracle still legally holds 100% of the Northern Zone Project and that RG only has the right to earn up to an 80% beneficial interest but that this has not yet been "triggered" yet.

4. Someone is perhaps stalling for time. I doubt it's RG which makes the delay more interesting. i.e. 100% ownership is better than 20% ownership for Oracle. Is this what Oracle are perhaps up to?

Yes Richy, the MRE is due after the mining lease application (once it has been granted) but there is a compliance mineralisation report required which "is nearing completion and we expect will be lodged early next week", according to ORCP on 4th December. This will have been supplied with the application so we should see and hear more about the forecast gold mineralisation opportunity soon. See 4th December and 26th November RNS'.

Well done to Stockmaiden and St Martins for sharing some interesting information from Oracle to this BB today and yesterday. The email from Oracle confirming 100% ownership of the Northern Zone Project, pasted below, is significant from a JV / Farm in perspective as clauses have yet to be triggered / met, it would appear. This potentially leaves the door open for a cash rich organisation to step in and buy in to the project.

Yes, it is correct. "Every 400 New Ordinary Shares will be consolidated into 1 New Ordinary Share of £0.01 each" - Hemogenyx RNS dated 22nd November, 2024.

The answer is 400 x whatever the closing price is before consolidation. e.g. 1p = 400p 2p = 800p etc. Probably going to be a lot of short term trading today for a quick gain BUT if you get caught at 800p and a fundraise comes in at 500p that's a big mountain to climb etc, whether or not you believe in the longterm prospects of HEMO. That said the buy out and licencing deals in this sector are in the hundreds of millions and even billions. For that reason I'll be topping up / buying more once the consolidation happens and not before.
