Yes this is a great opportunity to get in at these prices before the mineralisation report. That's the document that is going to really get this share price motoring. As per the RNS today it confirms it "is nearing completion and we expect will be lodged early next week". Not long now!

On 26th November the company stated that the mineralisation report was expected "at the end of November", and that "a Mining Lease application would be submitted thereafter". This news is clearly due. It could be game changing and a major tipping point for the share price. Will it be an intraday or 7am RNS?

Cube, that was my earlier point. The CFO mentioned AIM admission in 2007 (124p by the way) and many investors have been buying much higher than 1.5p! I bought more at 1.5p as part of the OO and WRAP but that's nothing for the CFO to be proud of re 124p to 1.5p. We've been above 9p this year too. GDR has had nearly £50 Million of shareholder funds in the process to get us thus far. We are getting close to commercialisation but my goodness the CFO needs some comms / IR training as his answers could have been scripted and prepared much more astutely. Anyway, here's to 2025 and beyond.

I'm with you Stephen, Lionel, Baserite and a few others who see the huge potential of GDR but honestly the CFO performance today was very poor. On the other hand the CEO was much more impressive. The company needs to up its comms and sales in 2025 big style and create genuine share holder value. As someone said on Investor Meet "£40 Million invested by shareholders to date". It's time for the company to speed things up and get sales contracts signed.

CFO creating confidence - not! What an awful message that the share price is above the 1.5p fund raise earlier this year in relation to creating share holder value. What planet is he from?!

Plus a reminder that EasySend is already FCA approved for API cross-border payment services. Imagine when this is added to the Angra / GST business:

1. EasySend has a current estimated yearly transaction volume of approximately €120 million.

2. 35% of the €120 Million comes from approx 40,000 individual customers.

3. 65% of the €120 Million comes from approx 350 active corporate customers.

CYP2C19 - ID Kit = UK Market £8.5m/ EU £93.5m/ US £67.5m/ RoW £51m

MTRNR-1 AHIL Kit - UK 8.5m/ EU £46m/ US £34m/ RoW £13.75m

As you can imagine even a small percentage of these numbers will be game changing. Revenue is coming. e.g. Recurring annual revenue from 14 UK hospitals already for the MTRNR-1 AHIL Kit. Hope this helps answer your question.

Yes, the director buys were the sign for me that sales were starting to come in and the directors were backing the business with their own cash. People now need to focus on the bigger picture. i.e. GDR has a tiny MCAP of £12 Million. That's peanuts in this sector. The MT-RNR1 ID Kit is now in 14 hospitals and this number is only going to increase and the key point is that it is recurring revenue. As the number of hospitals using the MT-RNR1 ID Kit grows so does the revenue. It's straight forward. It's the same financial model for the CYP2C19-ID Kit. The company is guiding that they are gaining sales for both kits globally. There's a pretty big hint that the pipeline is looking good which = a "significant step up in revenues during calendar year 2025".

Yes and GDR is guiding in its forward looking statement for 2025 that it has "a pipeline of opportunities that would see a significant step up in revenues during calendar year 2025 and a reduction in the level of cash burn". The caveat being "if converted" but they have to say that. "A significant step up in revenues" is what we've been waiting for and 2025 looks to be the year we are finally going to see this starting to be delivered. That equates to less and less reliance on cash raises. That's very good news for GDR investors.

Yes, sales are only going in one direction now. Upwards. They have more and more NHS sites using their equipment and as the company says they are also recurring sales too. There really are some daft comments today. Revnue is up nearly x 10 today. GDR is gaining traction now. It's what we've been waiting for!! Increased revenue = less cash burn = less funding. Simple.

With revenue this year almost 10x more than last year GDR is a business heading in the right direction. i.e. GDR is gaining traction. These are much improved results. 2025 is looking encouraging for GDR.

Yes, these guys are so well connected and powering DGI forward now. For those that are new to DGI today the even bigger news than the EVage RNS today is that DGI are also already partnering Cummins, the world's 398th most valuable company with a market cap of £40.64 Billion. They've recently delivered a "cutting-edge" prototype motor to Cummins and this is another biggie that will be transformational soon.

Since the TESLA 4 arrived Norway's largest financial services group, DNB ASA has become a big backer of DGI. DYOR. They clearly believe in the huge potential. I would also suggest that quite a few other major banks are also looking at DGI as a safe bet - plus HNWI's including, ofcourse, one Elon Musk!

Yes, "It's not what you know, it's who you know" in business and Christian Eidem, the guy that acquired the 29.3 per cent stake in DGI, is very well connected as that Trump and Murdoch picture demonstrates. He's most likely on speed dial with Elon Musk too. Not only was he an advisor to Musk (as EM built up the Tesla business) but he was infact also a classmate of Mr Musk i.e. They go back many many years.

Yes, a fantastic RNS. We know that EVage is already a supplier of zero-emissions electric vans to global companies, including Amazon and Ikea. Could Tesla be next?!

Key points for me include:

1. DGI and EVage will respectively own 60% and 40% of the joint venture company.

2. DGI to provide the designs for a range of electric motors and licence the associated technology and related intellectual property to the JV.

3. EVage will lease premises to the JV in Chandigarh, Punjab, and oversee day to day manufacturing activities.

4. The JV will manufacture a range of electric motors for e-mobility customers, including EVage and third parties both in India and overseas.

5. DGI to charge the JV a licence fee for each electric motor sold to EVage or third-party customers within India.

6. The JV will also sell electric motors to DGI for sale into the international market.

7. Three initial ranges of Pareta motor are being developed by DGI for manufacture by the JV.

8. Projected production volumes of approximately 100,000 units over the first four years of production, of which c.32,500 units have been committed to by EVage under the terms of the JVA. The remaining units are internal estimates of projected demand from third-party customers.

Yes but from the Q3 trading WG is guiding of "high single digit growth in EBITDA" (see point 1). WG is also guiding that net debt will be broadly flat (See point 2). Most importantly, see points 3,4 and 5. i.e. guidance of "very strong growth" and FY guidance actually "UP" for EBITDA.

1. "We have reiterated our full year guidance of high single digit growth in EBITDA".

2. "Net debt to be broadly flat compared to last year".

3. "Strong growth in Operations offsetting lower revenue in Consulting and Projects".

4. "Group adjusted EBITDA YTD was up 4% with very strong growth in Operations and modest growth in Consulting partly offset by the weakness in Projects".

5. "The group's adjusted EBITDA margin was up YTD, with higher margins across both Consulting and Operations".

In summary, WG is guiding that the FY "EBITDA margin will infact be UP". Had it not been for the "review" messaging the results would have been broadly welcomed by the market as WG was reiterating full year guidance of high single digit growth in EBITDA. It's all in the last 2 RNS' for Q2 and Q3.
