As always I’ll put the commentators curse on PFG but a short while ago they broke through 480p

Market as a whole seems to be buoyant but Coronavirus could still cause some volatility I guess

Still awaiting FCA verdict on MB but maybe buying ahead of ex div date (can’t recall as I write this when that is)

Agree I was reluctant to post as often PFG SP seems to drop back later in the day but wanted to break the silence! Also there might be some chat about for example Amigo that’s helping PFG that I’m not aware of

SP + 10 short time ago in a lousy market but mostly sellers and little volume. Maybe a blip but interesting nonetheless

Wow! Don’t see that everyday almost 0.8% of the equity by my calculation

Yet the Dow pushed higher so not everything is down post Christmas. Yes a crystal ball would’ve been good to sell at 463 and buy back at 418!

Appear to have topped up from 8.44% to 9.06% though SP move unspectacular to say the least

At last a buyer 230,000 just gone through at 443 but shares 20p off peak - guess were all waiting for news of FCA clearance of Moneybarn

RNS says they’re below 5% shares have picked up since announced

Odd that it shows on intra day chart but not trades log where bid offer spread seems to move smoothly

Me too and I feel same sentiment

I’m not a Conservative voter so it’s ironic to see my two shares sharply up. PFG is off its high but still a big daily move but perhaps gravity will exert itself as smaller investors who got in at the lower levels perhaps look to take profit

Reasonable level currently but GE and Dow May affect it

Looking down the barrel of £4 now PFG down 17 but it’s a bit of a rout today with RDSB down 57 and STJ down 23

In contrast a lot of sales over past two sessions have been small but MM have been dropping price maybe to flush out sellers and create opportunity for bigger buyers. So difficult to read this but if FCA news positive and trading update credible it’ll be hard to see why price wouldn’t move sharply up off current level (please note this is not me ramping price) but for now I’m sitting on the fence but may pick up a handful if they hit £4 but have no reason other than hope driving that sentiment

A few large trades 700,000 total at mid price today
Will be looking out for RNS for any significant change in holdings

Looks like a sale into a rising price will check out RNS to see who

Maybe he’s on sabbatical but agree his input was always welcome
