"The Group's ability to meet all of its anticipated obligations over the 12 months from the date of this report is dependent on the ability to secure access to additional funding. The Group currently estimates that it has a need for approx. $15 million in additional funding in order to continue to meet its obligations as and when they fall due over the 12 months from the date of this report. This includes meeting routine operating costs, undertaking certain planned work program activities, and also includes settlement of final remaining payments to suppliers and finance providers from the drilling campaigns for both the Perseverance-1 well in The Bahamas and the Saffron-2 well in Trinidad."
this morning by adding some more to the pot on the back of Canadian election results (Trudeau pro O&G) but more so I did it in preparation for next weeks half year results and pending another lovely dividend payment

starry, starry night
paint your palette blue and grey
look out on a summer's day
with eyes that know the darkness in my soul
shadows on the hills
sketch the trees and the daffodils
catch the breeze and the winter chills
In colours on the snowy linen land
now I understand
what you tried to say to me
and how you suffered for your sanity
and how you tried to set them free
they would not listen, they did not know how
perhaps they'll listen now
starry, starry night
flaming flowers that brightly blaze
swirling clouds in violet haze
reflect in Vincent's eyes of China blue
colours changing hue
morning fields of amber grain
weathered faces lined in pain
are soothed beneath the artist's loving hand
now I understand
what you tried to say to me
and how you suffered for your sanity
and how you tried to set them free
they would not listen, they did not know how
perhaps they'll listen now
for they could not love you
but still your love was true
and when no hope was left in sight
on that starry, starry night
you took your life, as lovers often do
but I could have told you, Vincent
this world was never meant for one
as beautiful as you
starry, starry night
portraits hung in empty halls
frameless heads on nameless walls
with eyes that watch the world and can't forget
like the strangers that you've met
the ragged men in ragged clothes
a silver thorn, a bloody rose
lie crushed and broken on the virgin snow
now I think I know
what you tried to say to me
and how you suffered for your sanity
and how you tried to set them free
they would not listen, they're not listening still
perhaps they never will
arguably one of the greatest ‘impressionists' of all time
but then again
perhaps not

"lots of lessons learnt here"
indeed GG and its a timely reminder to retail investors that they should never listen to forum messiahs and they should never invest more than they can afford to lose (in its ENTIRETY) on a red or black / hit or miss AIM penny share no matter how good or how many times the forever positive pied pipers continually remind everyone that it is
forever averaging oneself down and chasing ones losses is a retail mugs game as is that old multi bag FOMO chestnut
I suspect sub 1 penny could yet be on the cards before the year is out

young Eytan certainly knows how to spin an RNS

'over the coming months'
we will be working on a 'forward plan' and doing not an awful lot else
whoop whoop
this time next year rodders :-)
"bottom line is the Market Maker sets the price"
absolute b@ll@cks
the 'buyers and sellers' of the shares set the price
its a very simple process where someone is happy to sell their shares at a given or set price and where a buyer on the other side is happy to buy at and therefore pay the sellers price
all this conspiracy MM's want your shares and such **** is just that ... **** !!!
at the end of the day it is a simple (and a usually 'matched') TRADE
anyway, soon be time to collect another dividend...
as we say in the game...
if it ain't broke, don't mess with it...

Subject: £15 per share is DAFT
Morning all
I was asked ... WHEN will we reach £15 per share The answer is NEVER
The SP per se ...will NOT be £15 nor £27 nor £54 (MEM’s figure pre halving)
If you DYOR, you will find that he is not certifiable... ayinjust look up the Paul Deane info re Ireland alone
BUT I reckon a total RETURN of £15 per share is possible in quite short order...
and by that I mean very late 2022 - 2023 (for Obadhia)
One of the things that folk (incl me) find difficult is judging when to sell shares...
some hold on for the ride at levels with which they are not comfortable...
we have already read of several on here...
But I think that decision will be taken out of shareholders’ hands...
PG et al will BEST judge when to sell assets ...
or PARTS of them!
So ...I consider that shareholders might well receive special dividends (they should properly be RETURNS OF CAPITAL of course) in the early part of my timetable...
and then more returns as other projects mature
it is likely that PRD will then be a proper dividend paying company...which could continue for very many years after the initial £15 return figure has been realised
The three areas of PRD business are so different in terms of value/time that it cannot all come at once
I anticipate farm downs of the various interests ...with PRD holding on to decent % equity stakes...that are FULLY CARRIED
So...PRD then becomes a sort of holding company...with at least three streams of income/capital flowing upwards to it
BUT I agree that there could well be more than three streams...
I think there could well be at least six.
Where does that leave ‘my’ £15?
Well it looks a bit daft really
Daft when contrasted with the current SP...
Daft when contrasted with £27 or more
I think it is realistic/conservative
((I don’t know anyone else on here with published history re two 100 baggers?
but I consider that even those ‘calls’ will be relegated to second order when contrasted with PRD
The SURE thing is that almost nobody on this BB today will achieve total value...
Most folk will be gone before it is realised...
It is just how a market works...it is no bad thing
the bandwagon jumpers will be here in great numbers...
and they will merely jump on and off again and take their limited gains...
and convince themselves they are great investors
If that suits...great
BTW1...That Paul Deane report re Ireland blows many numbers out of the water
BTW2...The figures in the Michael Caine posts are NOT based on MY figures..but upon hard data points issued by PRD in RNSs...
BTW3...I am not kidding when I tell you that, in all my investing /deal doing years, I have never before seen a tiny outfit wield quite such economic fire power... across three distinct econ
