"it’s easy to spot the trolls"
not half as easy as it is to spot the pump and dump TRADERS
added more at blah blah blah
and more at blah blah blah
and more at yada yada yada yada
and more at yada yada yada
now holding gazillions at blah blah blah
long and strong yada yada yada
and yet those same forever buying and/or topping up trusty people are never as quick to post and advise you when they err umm SELL
funny that eh habiba :-)
"doesn't change the fact they f@cked us over when they could have gone another way"
Hasiba oh you mean like your other favourite HUR taking on £230 million of DEBT that they are now struggling to repay and has seen the SP go from mid 60's to less than a penny at one stage or how about XEL who did the same kind of thing when they took on those 'secured' loans which in the end saw the company go to the wall and get liquidated when they couldn't pay the money back or how about GKP (another of your favourite stock picks) who borrowed similar amounts of money in exchange for writing off a previous unserviceable debt by giving away 95% the equity in the company to bond and note holders which left shareholders holding 5% of the equity and shares that were once worth 465p worth less than 2p
yeah its a great 'f@cking' idea taking on DEBT in such an 'alternative' manner - maybe we should all vote for you and giddy up to get a place on the board :-)
out of interest is that how you trade - with BORROWED money - LOL
do be sure to tell us all when you sell
oh that's right
you never do
always buying and adding and yet you're never seen in public selling
hmmm how does that all work
absolute CLOWN

what's not to like ?
H1 BASE v H2 REBASE (as a simplistic mathematical value accretive comparison)
NTM NOI - UP 123% @ $75.3 million
NTM Production - UP 113% @ 18,470 boepd
2P Reserves - UP 159% @ $137.5 million
2P NPV10 - UP 122% @ $407 million
and that's without anything built (priced) in for North Sea potential production (post FO) down the line
time to step away from the keyboard
bring on the (increasing fcf) dividend(s)

I think a few people on the blogs (some obviously much more than others) need to step away from their keyboard (before they wear it out or break it altogether) and get out and about in the summer fresh air a bit more :-)
this one always makes me chuckle when reading investment forums

as I've said many times before
bring on the dividend(s)
what's with all the rush

if this wasn't on peoples radars, IT IS NOW looking at all the new (headless chicken) faces this morning...
anyway, having taken the time to digest the RNS and then subscribe via primary bid for a chunk of (fingers crossed) 11p shares, (instead of posting frantically and whining on a faceless blog) one has to say, although this latest acquisition came somewhat out of the left field, when one looks at the much bigger (aka the longer term) picture what's not to like...?
this acquisition almost doubles their daily production and not least (or more importantly) it further underpins their stated policy of paying decent twice yearly dividends to their shareholders.
15p soon
20p soon
25p soon
40p soon
50p soon
triple digits soon
blah blah blah it'll be blue sky tomorrow... yeah yeah yeah... whatever :-)

"you won't notice anything coz your heads so far up your arse"
well blow me over with a feather duster Clive we finally agree on something LOL
its funny that just when we get rid of one 'always right' forum nonce (JAdam or was it HeatherH although really not sure how many other 'trading' aliases they still have running) another predictable legend in their own blah blah blah follow me lifetime (aka Clintek) pops up.
anyway SP nicely rising and as I've said all along bring on the dividend payment(s)
PS
without wanting to burst GG the paragraph less giddy ups serenity moon drilling bubble, I'm still going to say, although a farm out 'might' be concluded at some point in the not too distant future, you are still unlikely (IMHO) to see any NS drilling before the year is out but hey as they say in this game

"the group made a loss after taxation of £8,233,000 (2019: £2,185,000)"
turnover is vanity, profit is sanity :-)
80% gross margins eh ?
so much time and effort on the blogs from the number one pied piper for a 10 fold backwards return
keep the faith it'll be triple digits soon

LOL copying an article just goes to show how much industry knowledge you really do have, however there is a BIG difference between your 'googled' example than your earlier 15 - 20 km 'cost saving statement' especially since the current world record is around 12 and a bit km (MD) and that's held by one of the MAJOR operators so I hardly think little old CEG will be challenging or contemplating beating that record anytime soon and I'd go as far as to say perhaps not even in your own back yard legendary blog lifetime.
as the wise old owl once said
a little knowledge is dangerous and boy you sure have a record of being one dangerous individual
AAOG triple digits soon :-)
"Possibility to target the offshore Venezuelan basin reservoir from SWP onshore pads at much reduced cost through horizontal drilling tech - can go out 15 -20km apparently"
as the wise old owl once said:
it doesn't matter how many words may be spoken a fantasist with little knowledge will always be dangerous
15 - 20 km eh
PMSL :-)
"Can't wait to see life back to normal"
I'm pretty sure it will make no difference to you as you'll still be here day in day out spouting your non stop leveraged drivel.
gone heavy @ 20ppp (pence per post)
atb, dyor, your call
cheers, Garbled
aka: nothing left :-)
"11,000 barrels a day @ 73.99 makes us just under USD814,000 per day"
yes Squirrel but I'm afraid your numbers are GROSS
I seem to recall last breakeven figures reported were just shy of $27 per barrel so although Brent is currently trading at a higher price IF we were to assume (for simplicity sake) $70 oil the profit margin is running at around $43 per barrel.
ergo another way of looking at this is at $70 oil the projected breakeven production rate is circa 4243 barrels per day.
obviously none of the above simplistic calculations takes into account other costs such as interest payments on the bonds or termination fee's for the AM or any other work that may happen or be required in the future to sustain production as best they can however it is indicative that there is still quite some production mileage left and therefore I say its not all is as bad as the BOD are saying and that's not taking into account most oil analysts are predicting $80 - $100 oil is within reach before the year is out or at worst some time before bond maturity and repayment is actually due.
anyway as I said earlier, maybe the judge needs to ask just who is paying this new BOD wages and writing their scripts as on paper it certainly doesn't look or read like it is any long term invested shareholders.
GL
WOW
seems they just can't help but twist that shareholder knife at every opportunity
the Company is pleased to announce... oil production from the P6 well is expected to continue declining...
as a neutral looking in at all the official company announcements since the good doctors departure, one might like to think that even the judge might start to wonder who's payroll the new BOD are actually on
I can honestly say that in 20+ years in the markets I've never seen anything quite as obvious or like it
we "believe" we "might" have all the long lead items of equipment required already on location - LOL
why bother ?
why not wait another week or two until you have physically checked it all out and can 100% confirm your intentions to drill on a specific date
fully funded eh
hmm lets see :-)
Clear from this case SN... (edit) had no scooby doo what was going on, HOWEVER ...
how SN can claim to have no idea what was going on with your only operational business irrespective of it being thousands of miles away in another country is just plain ludicrous and dumb no matter how big a heart or trustworthy some on here seem to think he is.
IE:
to claim he had no idea about bank statements and transactions until years later is incredulous for starters
even IF SN wins and somehow gets ownership of the company back, he's certainly not someone I'd ever be backing with money.
I must say, its better than the soaps currently on TV and making for quality Friday night entertainment with a glass or two in hand.
the thing is they need a new well to prolong the life of the field and to do that they will need a significant chunk of cash so the question I think for the bondholders just now hinges on capital risk
IE. do they agree to a stay of execution allowing the use of the cash on hand (that is in essence earmarked for them) to drill another well and RISK getting less back in terms of the cash and equity equivalent now should the well not come in and produce as anticipated or as required to generate significant free cash down the road.
I'd say its a difficult one for bondholders to choose right now based on past production performance and the nature of the FB beast.
hopefully the judge defers his judgement for some of those alternative options and negotiations to take place rather than a wipe out for shareholders as things currently stand.
currently away for the week but the good news for all my fantasy trading leveraged fans is the once upon a time dodgy old wifi connection in our Skegness caravan is much better than I had remembered it was
