yes I can SEE that you and quite a few of your gullible Essex sheep are all STILL WAITING :-)
£20p
or in other words:
in 2020 Flaky done his money in buying millions of Falklands penny shares so in 2021 he was forced into using the old never never for a few pennies per point here and there
in fact it got so bad in the second half of last year that he had to change his name (yet AGAIN) and even give up on his LSE premium account as he could no longer afford the monthly subscription
apparently he's just won £100 on the premium bonds but still can't honour his charitable bets
unbelievable :-)
"It will be similar to the last drilling campaign"
LOL what drilling campaign ?
given there has never been an Argos drilling campaign after 23 years of many a false Garbled dawns

I cannot believe that there are actually people out there who would happily pay £95 a month to be privy to the innate ramblings of oilman DIM when everything you would ever need to know about a company is available on the net for FREE
jeepers just imagine
there's an AIM company that WILL BE (in 2022) paying a greater % dividend than most blue chips
seriously folks
its 'almost' unheard of in the market place therefore the simple fact of the matter is (without the need of a subscription)
what's not to like !!!
as for all this 'we want' 15p, 20p, 25p, 40p, tomorrow
pffffffffffffffffffttttttt
nice and steady as she goes :-)
yep PG has certainly jam packed that RNS with more gaseous jam tomorrow (and early next year) promises than the forums trusted old boy flat coat retriever ever could.
oh and FWIW...
did I tell you...
I once oversaw the drilling of a water well at the bottom of my garden...
no I kid you not...
£15 a share...
as he says...
ROFLMAO

Fantasy Investor aka Garbled, Essex, Little Venice, Desire3009, and many MANY MORE x
it is indeed complex cyan given the development delays and the ever changing partnering companies, however I do believe not all the tax due was paid at point of the original sale of the 60% and each year since they have gone back and renegotiated with the FIG to reduce and defer the outstanding amounts
RKH are currently carrying $41 million as a 'non current' tax liability (which I suspect is made up of part sale and part development carry tax) and although this number is likely to be adjusted down again on the argument there is no longer a PMO development carry, unless RKH raise all the funds themselves (to replace that future expense) then someone else (Navitas or another new farm in partner) will be subsequently funding it and therefore (in the absence of RKH providing the cash) that would then become taxable as a gain at some point down the line.
tax is calculated at point of gain and would normally be paid in the tax year the gain was realised so just because FIG have kindly agreed to defer some of the outstanding balance until first oil it shouldn't be assumed that the remainder of any unpaid balance is no longer payable just because PMO/HBR pulled out.
FIG will always try and help out as they more than anybody want this to go ahead but they are not going to turn a blind eye to what's owed and write it off if it all goes t ! t s u p and doesn't go ahead.
FFS there is no farm out! There is therefore no carry and no tax liability
I beg to differ
there WAS, there WAS and therefore, there STILL IS
AND its in the Half Year accounts

I3E could issue those warrants (and employee options) announcements in a similar format as the below from PTAL ?
PetroTal Announces Exercise of Investor and Performance Warrants and Total Voting Rights
Calgary, AB and Houston, TX - October 8, 2021-PetroTal Corp. ("PetroTal" or the "Company") (TSX-V: TAL, AIM: PTAL and OTC: PTALF) announces that it received a notice to exercise 1,000,000 Investor Warrants over 1,000,000 Common Shares at a price of 16 pence per Common Share from an investor in relation to the Investor Warrants issued on June 12, 2020 as part of the fundraising announced on June 12, 2020.
In addition, PetroTal received notice to exercise 668,650 Performance Warrants at a price of $0.1869 USD per Common Share.
Accordingly, PetroTal received 160,000 GBP and 124,970 USD, respectively, for both of the Warrant Exercises, and issued a total of 1,668,650 new Common Shares ("Warrant Shares") to the investors. Subsequent to both warrant exercises, the Company will have 69,101,946 Investor Warrants and 25,081,350 Performance Warrants outstanding.
Application will be made for admission of the 1,668,650 Warrant Shares, which will rank pari passu with existing Common Shares, to trading on AIM ("Admission"). It is expected that Admission will become effective, and trading will commence at 8.00 am on October 13, 2021.
Following Admission, the Company will have 820,205,515 Common Shares issued and there are no shares held in treasury. This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations to determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change of their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
surely this is a pretty easy fix going forward for the BOD / IR dept which would remove any shareholder ambiguity or the need for clarifying emails to be sent to the company or any ensuing forum arguments with regards to what 'might' or 'might not' still be outstanding
hey ho just a suggestion
but as they often say
KISS :-)
"why it's hard to buy shares?"
I always find the buying of any shares very easy but it helps greatly if you have money in your account first :-)
anyway getting back to basics
how's your 1ppp (Pence Per Post) going
send me a screenshot
PLEASE
"did GRH really have a meeting with Griffiths"
he was probably 'advising' him where to drill just like he did with Tony Hayward of ex BP fame :-)
FWIW
a reminder...
not that one is required...
I have NO actual O&G experience....
BUT...
I once watched them drill a water well at the bottom of my garden...
I'm pleased to say...
it was a GUSHER...
anyway I must dash...
the flat coats are pining for attention...
**need to go back to basics**

I send you screen shot if you like
no need to lie
I've made more than 10,000 posts under this avatar and more than 20,000 using other ones
