it's pretty difficult to engineer or cost a gas to market development when you don't know the very basics of any flow...

WHY NOT loan (read sell) them at the current market price which is 13p...

· a flow rate of 1 million cfg/day being achieved from any well within the area of the Guercif Petroleum Agreement; or

· a flow rate of 100 bopd being achieved from any well in Trinidad for which the Company is a participant

ergo it clearly says... to ME at least... ANY well within the Guercif area OR Trinidad as another carrot dangling deflection

the £507,599 in foregoing directors loan... or... betting on a guaranteed insider information success as some have put it is just for the shortfall in the option exercising price difference...

therefore it is my understanding... (I might be wrong... lol) they will still get get the original number of option loan shares replaced...

however what it doesn't give... is a... definitive TIMELINE to deliver on those carrots...

this year...?

next year...?

year after next...?

besides...

they (PG and LB) are risking nothing as those loan options weren't (up until last week) exercised and will be in any event replaced at some point down the line... AND... at a price that will be determined by success or failure...

you should know by know...

directors never lose out...

I've seen it so many times in the past where directors have been awarded options at a strike price that never materialises only to see those options cancelled and replaced with ones at a lower value...

and on and on it goes...

anyway...

shareholders are all here and waiting... with bated breath... for the test...

it's only taken PG 2 years to deliver something that should AND could have been done within a few short months of that infamous MOU1 discovery...

but then again PG likes to do it his way... because... like he repeatedly says... unlike those bureaucratic big oilers... he can...

IF the test on MOU1 is unsuccessful PG needs to dangle some more of those blue sky carrots to at least get them to the AGM whereby the annual vote seeking to issue more shares for another year will be resoundingly (rock and a hard place) passed...

this will subsequently allow PG and LB to get 'reimbursed' for their 'loan' shares...

WITH interest...

AND...

not least...

they can start the 'over promise under deliver' carrot dangling process all over again...

really not sure what all the fuss and whining has been about and the constant ****ging off of Majid as he and the rest of the team (including the departed GH) have certainly delivered for ME but then again unlike some I'm in no rush

I hope Q3 results meets with everyone's expectations, but more importantly I hope it shuts Sir Groanalot up as the company firewall and my spam folder just can't cope with any more of that impatient 'we want this and we want that' jam tomorrow rubbish :-)
