Yes it is "good news" in many ways. The costs would have continued and the Court may well have found against....or found for and then the matter continued to the Supreme Court. That could have taken many years and tens of millions in costs.

I am nearly always right on these types of shares if you check. The trouble is that people are so optimistic if they are talking through their pocket. I own some Delt and now at a large loss of course. But that is not the point. Things have changed. The most likely position is that Delt will suspend next week if no cash can be raised and will then delist in 6 months and will then not be heard of again. Just the way things are. Labour are going to crush all of this type of company because of their green agenda. It is painful and madness because it will mean more and more imports at crazy high prices. Green is not a policy. It is a religion. I think it is a nonsense. The Earth has moved through many cycles. Tudor times were very cold. We exaggerate our importance.

Someone dumped 7 million for 7K. Could have got £100 thousand for them a month ago.

Today this hit the lowest price ever. I am guessing the price will break below 0.1 on the way to 0.05. My advice is not to throw good money after bad but that’s for you to decide. People were rushing to add at above 0.2 and so last week are down even more. Nothing much left here and that’s it. So pleased I sold a load at above 1 p but most of profit gone now.

The likely option is they will suspend and then go into administration or struggle on at a couple of pence. It will take a miracle to raise all this new money in a week. Without that the company will have lost its major asset for nothing. Not a bean.

Amazed the stock has not been suspended before the open. Sad. All gone now.

When shares are being dumped at almost any price you can be sure the news is not good. The mms clearly were offered large amounts and said no and marked the price down heavily. These sort of shares are very leaky usually

Rubbish. They dont have to all say unless they raise new money they are going broke!! The accountant will just say on a going concern basis etc etc. This is a warning. THAT is why the price is down 40 per cent

Why bonkers? Unless they raise money thats it. Not the best time to raise cash....not worth more than 30p. Lucky to raise 1 million and they need 9 million to fast forward the company.

The SP is suggesting a strong possibility. I am holding a freeroll but I have written this off. Such a shame but thats the risk with this type of stock. Mentioned last week briefly in the press as the type of company that cannot raise in the UK and no one will partner on a JV. I hope long termers cashed in some when it hit above 1.30. I guess most will have. Once it starts to tank like this a rns often follows and it is never good news. The mm's will have a good idea who is selling and whether they are insiders. No point in my selling so will wait for the end game. Such high hopes here and I was certain it was going to 2p and then 3p plus. Wrong.

Prem went down to 0.02 a few years ago. But then bounced back 50 fold. My guess is that the price is going to go much lower yet. But George has kept the company going for many years by attracting more and more punters to his many placings. By many I mean more than I have ever seen by one company. So don’t give up quite yet.

Clearly news has leaked about discussions. What to do? I am in at 0.80. This has been over 15p in the past.

George resigned years ago from Prem. He just never actually left. George even raised money to float Zulu off as a separate listed company. He got the money but no float.

Prem should have gone into admin years ago. I think you would have got 100 to 1 this still going. But George has always found a way.

I reckon Prem would be gone in a few months without George. Watching Prem is great fun....so long as you have a freeroll in it

Wont be long to the next placing....never is and that has not changed for over a decade. Always someone will take them

I dont understand why this is not 12p plus with gold so high. I have been adding below 8p when possible
