I think there is a good chance this will never get to Court. Old saying…nothing gets agreed until the steps of the Court.

If this was fully listed in the USA the price would be nearly one pound. The company could raise 50 million dollars of new money. The buyers would be piling in today. The Lse is pathetic

Atlantic coal then renamed carbon is the classic case. Delisted then had three offers rejected. Then put into administration. Shareholders got nothing. Directors increased their remuneration. Easy done. So you might get something back but you also might never hear about the company again

All true Dan yet the price keeps falling. Partly because so many small cap stocks keep delisting. Punters are fed up with being wiped up. There is no chance of this moving much higher at this time. It is very risky and has disappointing news to say the least. Those who piled in all the way down are losing fortunes. Yes the directors have bought more but that might be desperate. Show me the lows and I will take a punt. I don’t think we are there yet

Not seen web at this type of low. So many stocks like this. Trouble is so many delist. Don’t think web will do that but who knows. I am not a buyer of anything at this time except. For gold stocks but I am getting tempted here

Breaking below 5p. Suggests to me more money is needed here or maybe it will join the many who have delisted in the last two weeks. I doubt the latter because the company needs new cash regularly…but all smoke here.

This is a brilliant long term investment. Buy them under 60 and forget them. One day it will cash in one of these stakes for 50 times what it cost

Today we have a 15 per cent drop. Either the company will be in administration or it will delist . The ship is sinking. Sorry.

Might be the sort of day you would buy Dart. Not that far from the all time lows and you like to buy at crazy high levels and average down.

This company has been very disappointing and I got it badly wrong. Sorry about that.

LOL Dart. I was selling some of these at 1.4p as I said at the time on here. Lucky too because I would have taken a right kicking otherwise.

Hopefully most sold plenty of these at prices 4 times higher. The share price has not collapsed because everything looks great.

TEK raised half a million from selling some bella in January. This is just a punt on salt now. Huge fall since salt soared about a month ago. Not worth more than 5p. Very risky with these investments tanking away

And here we are. A huge rally to a crazy mkt cap from about 0.16 and it will just retrace . So many stocks do this in this sector. Nothing wrong. Just the way of the market. In time another big rally can turn up. Either in this stock or another in this sector. When it does don’t forget to sell when it is up 15 fold. So tough to sell I know!
