Important to realise that GAN raised 65 million in new cash when it went to the Nasdaq. So amounts of money for a Calif licence are peanuts bearing in mind the turnover is expected to be 5 billion per year within 5 years. Web would only get a fraction of that and may not be interested anyway. It might well put up the racetrack up for sale with the licence for 40 or 50 million dollars. It has lots of other licences after all. Web has a load of options and a billionaire behind it. Of course the vote might be no and Web might fall back to 1.1p again. After all, this is a gambling company. Burnbrae wont sell and the mkt makers need stock so they will look for stock. This may touch 4p tomorrow and then you have a choice to cash in. Personally I would not blame anyone for selling. This company is not worth 4p.....without a yes vote.

Hamburg are 3 -2 up as I write. U have backed them to win at two to one. Do you take the money and cash out? Or hold for the full amount? Web has always been a gamble. Make sure you have no regrets on Wednesday morning!

An excellent day today for this one. The seller is out. Sunday trading rules will be dropped for one year. Pubs will open and NRR has 700. If they can’t open then they can be developed into residential. Probably worth more money made into flats.

No....the second lot of primary bid shares at 11p will be available this Friday. The only lot....about 40 per cent .....have long since been allocated.

Yes this has been a disaster for punters. Hit 48p in March and remember this did a consolidation at 300p not that long ago because the price had fallen so much so this price is still way below that. I think we could get back to that ...maybe even this week as offices open again. Derisked now myself. Too dangerous not to in a dawg stock like this (which onlyagame below explains)

The idea of a message board is to have a discussion not just ramp away hoping other mugs buy so you can sell out. I still think a placing is possible although they have waited too long. Avct has done the right thing in grabbing 45 million in cash imo. Companies like this are always stronger if they strengthen their balance sheet. Which is one reason that stock raced up after the placing.

Then the administrators will need many millions a week from somewhere. Its a huge operation .....keeping all the car parks open is another cost. Normally admin will run the business on a shoestring with a few staff...but you need a thousand staff in Lakeside alone. Many are casual, zero hour staff or contract staff. Try running that size of operation and keeping it safe.

The government cannot have it both ways....allow retail not to pay its debts and also allow landlords to go broke with the administrators firing thousands of Intu staff and closing down huge shopping centres until money is available to pay for security and health and safety and cleaning and everything else that Intu pays for out of the rent. Just two years ago rival retail property firm Hammerson launched a £3.4bn bid for the company.....not worth that now but Lakeside in Essex is huge and Intu has 16 other centres.

My guess is that NCYT will be available to buy tomorrow or Tuesday at 220p and will hit 200p this week.

Web is now my biggest holding since I sold 50 per cent of GAN once it hit my target of 25 dollars. That was a fantastic rise of nearly ten fold since the March lows. If Web does the same that would mean approx 7 pence. Last week Web just about doubled....very quietly....and I would not be surprised to see it top of the leaders charts on Monday/ Tuesday. There is no spare stock around at all, the company rarely does a placing and not for years and has a mountain of cash behind it. They Jim Mellon....wont sell cheap
