I'm afraid this is a done deal as I have said before. Just look at the results from the agm, every large holder of shares voted for support to board members regardless of how well the company has been run or valued. Forget who's selling and forget tenaz share price, when investing or evaluating companies you don't do this on today's action, it's on tomorrow's future prospects. These sells could be a investor in one of these funds that does not want new tsx merger shares and the tenaz price will work itself out. There should be about a 20% discount when deal is done, then hope the tenaz guys perform a lot better. Keep buying guys as you won't get any where near that percentage on your money in the bank.
