To me this is a bad deal all around apart for the directors. No shareholder value apart if you buy in now and take a gamble and don't want your money for sometime.

The deal does not conclude until April 2023. Just agreed on in July. Maybe wrong will have a look later. Hargreaves lansdown trades on tsx for anyone has broker that does not. Again exchange charge and sell costs.

That minnow moves up and down 7per quite a lot. It is a negative guess you have not seen the deal yet. This share will remain around this mark now until deal is done or may even go lower. Forget news or share buybacks.

You can trade on the tsx but will incur costs per sale, currency exchange charges and only do so when the broker can get a sale pushed through as the tsx is different from London exchange as not so many investor or institutions as there. The only winners here are the two directors from already been paid consultation fees to themselves with getting more fees and a golden handshake. To be honest as a public traded company if you could afford the investigation you would probably find corruption here. But this is aim.

I have looked at this combination/takeover many times and do not see the value for shareholders apart the director being rewarded for there consultation on the deal. Just hope one of the bigger holders look into this.

Directors will depart from new combined group 6 months after completion for there consultation of the takeover with there fees and salaries. You just can not believe it . As I said there never had know interest in the company. Still trying to work out how this combined group works. No timetable given for delisting or is it April. What happens if Sdx find good results from this year's drills, does that have any effect.

I have read the combination rns again and again. Maybe I am being stupid but as I see this at the moment the companies will align after the go ahead in July and the scheme starts in April next year with the possible takeover if they wish. So Sdx stay listed until next year after drilling completed. I assume but maybe wrong 0.075 shares for each Sdx share will be given to us after that date. Can anybody else with better knowledge on combination schemes shine any more light on it for me.

I knew this share was high risk and unfortunately I got into it threw someone else but I have to say this takeover has to be the worse value I have ever seen. This price will not move above the existing sp now until deal has been done.
