Why is it on each board there are always people that defend the management no matter low the share price goes. The hedging wasn't what saved this company it was the Fire sale of asset. Again he hedged into a bull market out of fear of the unknown. Not very clever . Medium term this stock will be stagnant or will continue to fall. Long term, 5 to 6 years assuming production holds and increases it will rise. Probably the worst oil and gas producer in the 250 for any shareholder returns. Again hedging has done this if only he hedged 50% at those prices, where would the share price be. And if any one says hedging in a bull market gives Tullow a better return I suggest you go back to school.
