Well look at cash and assets that Sdx have, this is almost a swap, like for like deal. No shareholder what so ever. Can't believe they ran this past the larger holders and they seen value there.

What bidder. This looks like done deal to me. The only dilemma I have do I still hold with Canadian share or take a huge loss. I can only imagine this is a great boon for tenaz so there share price should move forward.

I think this is Canadian dollars as well. To make things worse. Maybe wrong but tenaz is Canadian

There is no shareholder value as the board says in there statement on why this should go ahead. Just there golden hand shake. At a value of around 10 that has to be the worst offer in history

Where the rns you having a laugh littlened. This sums the board up. This company is no bigger than Sdx. A minnow. Should be a reverse takeover.

This company has not been rescued but stolen. They have spent more than that in the last year on there existing assets. This is management pay of.

The most disappointing O & G company in the sector. Not impressed with this Rahul . Time keeps ticking on but not much happens apart from bad management decisions at the start. Guess lth have to wait. At least the only one good thing they have is the oil price will stay high for now.

Closed my trade today, can not see this moving north without a good rns. Not following oil or market which worries me for trading. Not worth the risk on hitting my stop loss. Can not be traded for now. Good luck all going long.

Hope you guys are right as range trading this share is harder if the sp is getting lower on the channels. Needs to break threw the 57 to 64 now.

The share price is descending unfortunately sine begin of April. Making trading harder on going long. Not the same as other o&g companies so probably good share to open a short position.

Frustrated with myself, should of sold yesterday. Back down to 50p. Same lows but lower highs in this trading range. Getting harder also looking bearish for this share.

Just had a thought. This is not where you make your takeover speech is it. :)
