Best outcome for me now is tenaz and maybe the share price will double overtime. If this aleph commodities under Luca are investing in tenaz as they see potential, that is good enough for me. Waha has wanted out for a long time this new investor backed by financier Luca are there to make money and it won't be for 20% either. So this could be a exciting new beginning as the commodity cycle will go from strength to strength in a changing world.

Aleph commodities are invested in a similar company called Angus energy on the exchange. Maybe they are just taking a holding with a view to seeing potential in tenaz.

We'll I assume it is aleph commodities, this is the type of work they do. I don't think they are listed on any exchanges, but could be wrong. Hopefully for me they just want to invest in tenaz and found this is a good way to do so at a good price.

This company is being done over at a cheap price. That is why all these magpies are swarming around Sdx. Bargain at these prices. Not to sure why they never took any notice until now, maybe be cause they thought the company would never sale for next to nothing

Just looked into him and the company. It's not there sort of thing they tend to take owner ship or parts of companies and line them up with investors, or investors have requested on there behalf to take a stake in a company. As a financier they don't hold ownership of company's but a bit like a broker. They must see value here or some sort angle to make there money. Be interesting to see if waha lined them up. I do not want Sdx to go private as I am underwater for the time being.

I think they were offered above or deal price for cash , as they did not agree this was a good deal. Take out the large investors with a more tempting offer and stuff the little private investors as no majority. This deal is done
