I guess you mean Accesso, in which case my guess is they are in need of some, which raises the question as to how profitable these much vaunted contracts they have really are ?

Private equity firms usually drive a hard bargain so we could get left with the rubbish, the only plus factor is that the old CEO is back in position, fingers firmly crossed though.

Another less than enthusiastic article on Citywire invest trust insider re HL and their managed funds relationship with Woodford.
I will be interested to see how many customers depart the HL platform once they have taken the Woodford return from Link etc and move with their depleted assets to AJ Bell or similar.
Bell are currently very highly rated, I wonder if some of that perceived premium is with an eye to substantial transfers to it later this year, from disheartened HL users ?

It is never good news when a CFO of 11 years standing leaves with less than 2 months notice given before departure !
Normally there would be a succession plan, clearly not here though, with this over rated & overpaid board seemingly making policy on the hoof.
I suspect the new CFO, whoever he/she is, will draw attention to the bolted on duds I fear this company has which we posted about last month.

I was thinking the same, an employees trust perhaps?

I don't believe in coincidences in these matters, the rns came out first thing in the morning after the low close the day before.
I suspect that Warn is correct in principle but AIM has a lot of loopholes and we are talking here of a board backed by Woodford and friends for quite a long time, they even shared the same Chair as "patient capital trust", they are also the board that issued stock to institutions at a 40% discount to nav and all the PI's received was an apology.
I guess they know how to look after themselves pretty well....?

But the price on the day they fixed it was the same as the strike price, there was no discount, you can see that from the share price history quite clearly.
Are you sure that AIM companies do not have looser restrictions with option granting than main board ?

Exactly what I was thinking, then it occurred to me that Link were unwinding one or more of his open ended funds, but the IT was taken by another manager as was one of the other funds, weren't Blackrock & Schroders involved in some of the unwinding?
If so there may still be shares left in their hands.
Also I think Invesco are still unhappy holders of some so there could still be an outflow for a while longer ?
But as I noted recently, wasn't the date of the directors options well timed ? !

What a good job we do not all follow Jefferies then, each time they raised their forecast the stock dopped, it now only has to rise 50% to match their forecast.

You state that "Trading statement ahead of expectations" as the title of your post.
If that is so why are the shares down over £1 today, or almost 8% lower ?
Surely this was not a "pump and dump" ?
I am curious as to why you made these posts with the stock dropping faster than a Ho's drawers?

Are you rewriting the RNS ? It says they were fixed at 24.3p and will vest in future years.
Where does it say they will be fixed at a closing date ?
They are exercised at a date in the future, please illuminate what I am misunderstanding ? The price they are on vesting date is the key, if the price at vesting date is sub 24.3p no one will exercise so no money is lost, if the price is higher than 24.3p then they make a profit.
The clue is in the word "option", it is the holders option to exercise or not.
