@MD if you want to show BoD dissatisfaction the best way to do that would be to vote against resolution 2 as well .... personally at this time I'm not looking for BoD changes ..... just to stop the continual uncontrolled (by PI's) increase in SCAP without our prior knowledge of what it's for along with our consbsual approval.

If we sell Amapa I might exit & put my funds somewhere safer like UKOG!! .... PMSL 😂

@EV .....if it's evident the raise is in the best interests of PI's & the long term SP/security that's not necessarily the case ...there are co's out there I'd have absolutely no issue providing making raises but not here & haven't for about 8 years....

& they can present that to us as shareholders to vote on at the time ..... historically giving them carte blanche to raise at will has not served us PI's well has it .... just let's in the usual suspects for a quick 10/20% before they leave and we drift .

A DEFINITE VOTE AGAINST resolutions 4 f 5 for me ....authority to allot up to £1M @ Nom representing 55% of the current issued SCAP ... say no to yet more dilution without our specific authorisation based on what it's to be used for other than wages, Hobnobs & overheads.

...apols UT last night must've been at 8.4p .... but pretty much irrelevant for us existing holders the bid is what matters most 😊

Not so @ max19 ...this mornings 'open' was taken from the uncrossing trade @8.3 last night which didn't reflect where the SP actually closed yesterday ..... the important number for existing holders is the sell price which closed at 7.8 last night (with a bid of 8.2 & mid point 8p) & is currently up .2 at 8.00p .... so whilst the numbers shown here are red we are up today & the mid point is currently .25p higher than we finished yesterday.
