The other joke...... (apart from the fact that we've paid Kiran the salary he's used to support the buying element of his ~1%) .... Is that he says he doesn't want the dilution but has requested to be able to place up £1M at nominal (or~55% of the SCAP) as one of the resolutions at the AGM!!

Just makes me even more determined to vote NO or against resolutions 4&5 of the AGM.

...for me they could sell the whole kit & caboodle for 50% of the NPV @ $500M tomorrow ... I'd take my share of 30% of that thank you very much ... IMO any listing on ASX will mean, costs, uncertainty & dilution with a lessening of the value to us and potentially a host of Aussie PI's.

Only in terms of what we paid for it (and reducing) and not in relation to what the 'asset value' arguably is or might become.

Say we have 100M shares trading at 10p (total MCAP £10M) & on the strength of a string of small buys of 10k shares the SP rises 10% to 11p total buy value of shares = circa between £1k & £1.1k but the MCAP increases by £1M (100M x 0.01 rise) .... that's what you are seeing here .... small increases/decreases in the SP based on low trading volumes manufacturing large variations on the MCAP when multiplied over the total SCAP.

Now listen Goofy (that was another & original maddog I reckon!) ... what I am saying is the MCAP is simply a multiple of the SP x the 'TOTAL' number of issued shares .... the small volumes traded currently with the existing 'sentiment' & 'timeframes' can move the SP which can then cause a sizeable movement of the MCAP (both up & or down) ... the number of shares traded today is pitifully small in terms of the SCAP but the prices & extra volumes of the 'sold' shares have dropped the SP ...minimal bought/sold values effectively causing sizeable changes in the MCAP ..... if as you infer the MCAP dropped to £3M the trading would need to be between 1.5p & 2p per share.... not very likely without reason but if enough people with significant holdings wanted out and there weren't sufficient 'buyers' it is not beyond the realms of possibility ....however for the time being we're floating a few Million above the sum of our directly held shares in listed co's and until news of our Amapa/Sonora JV's dictate otherwise it will remain the case IMO .... the reduced value of directly held shares is currently better reflected by the change in our MCAP & more accurately than the small price changes reflected in the daily SP movement which is simply indicative of the change at small volume level as filtered down from the MCAP relating to the entire SCAP ..... you're not 'tick' just not thinking things through thoroughly 😂

@MD .... you really need to stay off the wacky baccy attempting to make sense of the 'bought' or 'sold' value on any given day against the MCAP is not only ridiculous but sheer lunacy 🤪

The MCAP is simply a multiplication of total shares x the SP .... the SP is set on any given day by what people are prepared to pay/sell for ..

against the £2.5k buys are £5.2k of sells (on very small volume) hence a drop in the SP which then effects the MCAP by it's TOTAL volume ... hence disparate changes in the MCAP v the daily traded shares .... the same would work in reverse against fewer sells than buys if it raises the SP the MCAP would also potentially rise by more than the values of bought/sold shares on that day especially if volumes are small.

See the bids dropped from 8.3 to 8.2 along with the mid point by 0.005 from yesterday's close but they've decided to mask it by not showing the numbers in red .... error or intentional 🤔
