Apart from MRZ (zero volume) all our listed assets dropped last night ...HAS now trading at AUD$0.955 meaning our AUD$9M is now worth AUD$2.341M currently down over AUD$6.5M ...sorry if that makes you feel depressed but you shouldn't have read this far!! 😆

..... another way to consider it might be that if a 3rd party agreed to buy PBA for $100M they wouldn't then necessarily expect that to be reduced/increased by any amount of money owed to PBA by DEV & similarly if a 3rd party agreed to buy DEV for $100M they wouldn't necessarily expect to decrease/increase that by any amount to PBA by DEV .... in truth I don't know for certain what they've done or how it has or will be accounted for but in the same way as we paid $6M for 27% of PBA we've effectively paid another $3.3M for 3% of which the loan & any interest accrued at the time formed part of .... which simply means we've paid $9.3M for 30% of PBA.

Ah but do they reference specifically the loan made from KDNC to DEV & the 18% ticket?

OK .... but where is the accommodation or reference to the loan & the 18% ticket on it within the JRP then?

Where in the JRP does it confirm that TC ....in my opinion debts between PBA & DEV would simply just be written off at the end of the financial period .... what would be the point of DEV owing PBA money .....DEV is 99.9% owned by PBA & PBA only exists as a vehicle for INDO&KDNC's joint ownership of DEV ..... It'd be like saying my right pocket owes my left pocket a tenner i.e. pointless IMO.

....the loan to DEV by KDNC formed part of a conversion to KDNC's ownership in the JV co.

..& you're quite at liberty to 'reckon' so all you like, but it makes it no truer today than it was yesterday or at any time prior I 'reckon'.....

We should also be mindful and consider that all the 'piddly little' trades happening in the £10's and £100's are quite possibly shares that were originally purchased in the many £100's or even £1000's 5-10 years ago when the SP was equivalent of 10 & 20 times what it is today ..... also remember when people were holding their breath over the possibility of 10bn shares in issue then 12bn .... well we're now at the equivalent of 18bn with the potential to reach close to 50bn when the loan, warrants, rewards & 'authorised' cap raises are taken into account ....... Not negativity just FACTS.

It's a shame the chat boards don't affect the SP with all the hype, positive links & posts of multi bagging on this that or the other which have all failed to materialise means I'm still here waiting.

Until we get some 'really positive' news rather than loans, potential dilution and far off progress there'll likely be more sellers prepared to let go of their small holdings that'll keep us down or lower.

...well I could suggest that if you find my posts depressing don't read them, but where you see negativity I just see facts currently, rest assured I am very happy & willing to jump on any bandwagon heaping praise & plaudits on anything that increases the SP significantly but when the SP actually rises not based on guesswork, assumption & blind optimism of a future rise (always bearing in mind however any decent rise will likely shortly be followed by a heavily discounted CAP raise).

& why shouldn't I post as & when I feel like it.....just because you don't like it because it's not 'positive' in your view ..... if I want to say something I'll say it end of & I'll make no apologies for it.

.... well sometimes you just gotta accept you're wrong or just blind to reality Degsie but you carry on thinking otherwise it matters not to me ... if I really wanted to be negative & lower the SP though I could just dump half a million shares in 50k lots rather than these watch these piddly little trades drive the SP up & down at the moment.

In the same way as nothing you post makes any difference to what or who posts I think it's been pretty much proven & very evident nothing posted on these chat boards makes a jot of difference to the SP so I'll continue posting as I choose whether that's deemed positive or negative .... nothing I've posted can be disproven or even proven to be incorrect ..... alternatively all the posts suggesting massive increases pending certain 'milestones', 'achievements' or 'completion' have proved completely unfounded so far haven't they - in fact the opposite direction ...although some of that could be as a result of all the actual & potential dilution suffered.

On top of the almost certainly 'diluting' & the ability to issue another 55% of the SCAP Hastings are down again overnight & our AUD $9M of shares are now worth AUD$2.5M .... we really need some good news to create an exit spike 😕
