As expected hardly a blistering response to the RNS but again not really surprising considering we'd already been talking about it for a day and a half on here ..... I very much doubt I was the only one who noticed it in Ganfengs interims.

....of course you are correct got my wires crossed between Megalit the concession and Megelit de CV the company .... and yes the licences for Megalit the concession was denied by virtue of it being 'too big' and they were looking to chop it up into smaller concessions as I recall - never happened & we never heard anything further on it as I recall.... so yes I would assume that Megalit the concession is potentially gone already as it was never licensed although we/Ganfeng could challenge that on due course as well .... I guess there should also or might need to be have been some 'proportionate' adjustments for it if it is lost.

but to be fair I don't think there's been much if any 'activity or expenditure on the Megalit concessions for donkeys & maybe this might form part of some compromise in due course - who knows ... certainly not me

Indeed TC but as inferred yesterday the 'attribution' of values for both Sonora (evidently our $5M costs as Kiran previously stated) & Amapa are both assigned by KDNC, albeit based on certain known values & factors .....Sonora being costs reflecting uncertainties & presumably to avoid writing off any cost values currently & Amapa based on a combination of costs & other elements totalling to something less than 3% of the NPV.

The 'attributed' book values clearly have no bearing on our SP & until there are defined events & timelines to realising values that will remain the case .... for Sonora it is or will shortly be I suspect not reflected in our SP at all due to the 'cancellations' & prior to the cancellations minimally because it was simply too far into the future for the 'market' & most PI's to invest in.

The investible parameters for KDNC always could & may still change overnight ..... Sonora is not done yet & Amapa is only just really getting into gear but those are the two potential game changers here - unfortunately I don't see the 3rd party holdings providing the returns people desire regardless of whether they're considered by us on here to be good or not

I expect A little pain today but think it will be limited by how little was 'attributed' to Sonora in our SP as assessed by the 'market' currently & mainly down to sentiment.

On the plus side we've all woken up this morning.

If you have the recording then you know precisely what he said as do I & also what question(s) prompted those responses ....you will also know my recollections are (whilst not perhaps word for word) are accurate enough ...... or are you inferring that BCN & Secker were equally cognitively biased enough to issue a response on it in an RNS the next day 😂

Huinhwahahaha - a screen shot of March 2018 presentation is useless in this respect ... I clearly stated the Nov 2018 Webinar which was unpublished ....... you'll know the one if you listened to it .... It's the one where Kiran clearly stated:

a) Yangi could potentially be worth $200M

b) Sonora could potentially be worth $200M

c) Bacanora who were trading mid to high 30's at the time were going to raise significantly at 25p & then tried to cover by spluttering about 30p/35p or between 25p to 35p being unpublished I am unable to remember verbatim but definitely 25p came first ... trashing their SP and prompting Secker to RNS that KDNC didn't have a clue about what was going to happen.

Fact is that following c) & BCN's collapse to under 20p as a result we sold out our holdings in BCN at less than 20p .... you remember the shares many of which we'd paid £1 for - personally I think this may have been to avoid BCN taking action but have no knowledge whether that's the case & of course BCN did subsequently raise at 25p.

Take a screenshot of that if you like as a reminder, there are others here who listened who may support that & there are others here who listened who 'couldn't' recall - bit I think more accurately didn't want to recall.

All that springs to mind is Huinhwahahaha... this bit particularly amused me:

Aside from the fact that with the exception of Evergreen (which we can't sell anyway) all our direct holdings are at multi year lows so as with most of our direct investments there's little to no profit and in most cases just losses .... additionally we can't sell EMH anyway because it's ring-fenced as security under the Mezzanine loan agreement.

I'm not fussed about financing Amapa currently because I'm hoping they'll just sell it lock stock & barrell to someone else and we & INDO just divvy it up in line with our % holdings of PBA.

Doesn't surprise me at all ..... we can't ship Ore unless the banks OK it, the DFS hasn't been started & there isn't currently the funding for any meaningful refurbishment/reinstatement activities - so to the outside world paralysed is how it might seem...... HOWEVER we don't know what's going on behind closed doors which might be something and might be nothing... we'll find out in due course ....been a long time quiet on anything meaningful & I think we're owed an update on Sonora & maybe it'll be combined with an update on Amapa ...who knows ... maybe they're all sulking cos Mrs Padovsky won't make their nighty night cocoa anymore 😂

....to be fair all the discussion used to be around how much we'd sell our 30% Sonora JV's for .... I still remember Kiran saying we could potentially achieve $200M for in the unpublished Nov 2018 webinar 😆..... although clearly there's no way at that time you'd have thought what has happened would occur but just goes to further highlight the risks of investing .... especially in AIM small caps .... who'd have thought we'd have sold down much of our BCN holding at 20p or less (foot & shoot spring to mind!) followed by, unless things change, having the Sonora JV's pulled out from under us .... roll on Amapa maybe that'll save us instead .....directly investing in shares seem to have its limitations as well ...... Oh hang on haven't we been told we're consistently making 300% + on our direct 3rd party investments 😂 just never makes its way to PI's huh!

Stil nothing from the BoD then .... maybe there's a lot going on in the background - should be at least!!

Well ... I'd already decided I wouldn't be selling on disappointing Sonora news .... as stated I don't think there's much (if anything) in our current SP for it anyway ... maybe a few people looking to make something on the 'sentiment' of poor Sonora news but personally I can't see much changing as a result over the next week or so .... of course there's no guarantees or certainty of that - especially in a small cap AIM share regardless of how big or small some think the boots should be.

Anyway into the garden for me so I'll see what has occurred when I come back in .... you never know we might even get some communication from the BoD!!
