...any current rise in EMH (muted in UK) is outweighed by the losses in our other direct holdings ... $9m for HAS now worth a little over $3m blah blah blah but Kieran still maintaining even that's a win & always has a ready made excuse for the BoD's failure to provide shareholder value ....

...yep another RNS went down well for Hastings ... a new 3 year low!!

....yep & a further 3 years from the 'start' of the DFS to be decided at some time in the future before anything is produced & people wonder why there's little to no value assigned in our SP now for Amapa!!

Remember when they announced we'd be producing from Amapa in 2021 ..... remember when we were told there'd be no consolidation ....remember how many times we've been told how well our investments have performed & yet we have no cash & the SP's in the bin absolutely laughable...... you can tell most of it is BS when you can see their lips moving ...& yes Degsie I still believe the dross both positive & negative posted on here has the sum total of zero effect on the SP as the last few weeks has proven IMO, I am still a shareholder & no I don't need to explain my reasons for it to the likes of you so don't bother asking.

....talking of jeepers .... HAS got another battering last night following their 'staged' development plan ... another 20% down at under A$1.50

.... the '22 annuals this year due soon and more so the 6 monthly to Jun in due course.... Should make for some interesting reading the latter more so if something SP positive happens in Jun 😁

It's a target, not a drill result not a confirmed find it'll take more than a 'target' to boom might get a better lift on drilling &/or results of positive.... jeepers 🙄

...well we can see what the Oz market made of it ....down 17% @ A$1.70 making our A$9M currently worth A$4.1M - hope that recovers if/as/when we need to sell it to pay off the loan after the 12 month Escrow & 6 month grace period run out @ ~ same time!

.....what the RNS tells me is the BoD think it's unexpected or unlikely we'll be seeing any SP positive news anytime soon for them to create a half decent raise against and Mrs Padovsky needs money for their Coco pops, Hobnobs & Horlicks 😂

After all wasn't it 'not worth raising' at this level so offload some EMH instead (& possibly others) .... after all the expected rises posted on here by some on achieving 20%, 27% completion of PFS all went to hell in a handcart huh ..... take what negative posters on these boards with a pinch of salt ........take what posters say at your peril eh 😀

....indeed .... Just a shame all the cautionary comments & considerations regarding timelines & costs etc in the webinar from 29mins Onwards & elsewhere now weren't engaged when they initially announced this BS:

..... Exactly ..... all I was saying is that it doesn't say that $2M will be for 3% .... it also doesn't say it won't..... it also doesn't say it'll take the whole $10M either & I doubt it will too .....I do agree there'll be cash plus 'fees' agreed & it may already be settled on how much cash/time etc but there's no way for us to know or calculate that from the RNS so we'll have to wait & see.

I've got fingers crossed something will happen that'll enable us to kick this loan into touch without any exchanges of debt for shares but I'm not holding my breath...... said years ago we'd end up with 20bn shares issued the way they were going equivalent of 18bn now now including warrants/rewards etc

@TC ...there's nowhere in the RNS that indicates we're getting an additional 3% for $2M .... it just says our continued investment will take us toward a 33% .... the total loan facility is for up to $10M over 3 years ...agreed they might capitalise 'management services' etc though at some point but there's no indication an additional 3% comes with a ticket of $2M anywhere.
