....between the mindless flooding of the board with utter garbage from 'new' posters jumping up & down like over excited toddlers on the back of an RNS (decent though it was) to the numpties who think there's some on here who have some mysterious control over what the SP does - I haven't missed much.

Positively Amapa does still seem to be moving forward, NDA's mean diddly squat in reality though ...as/when/if someone makes a real move we'll know & when that, and hopefully the certainty it might provide, happens we may see a more sustained rise of substance until then we're still a long way off producing anything or knowing what the funding might look like, a small element of which (for admin/processing) might come courtesy of the warrants @ 5p as/when/if they become viable to exercise at some point.

No doubt we'll get the usual KM interviews in the next couple of days ... but if we want a decent/sustained rise/return we need a decent JV partner or to sell it.

See what tomorrow & the rest of the week brings, a good RNS today but the pudding is still in the oven with the final outcome unknown ...

Agreed @ Dallas if they're either raising, drawing further in the Mezz loan or have another 'mystery' investor funding further is going to hurt PI's .... A lot ... none of which they've shown any inclination of shying away from previously in terms of financing or bothered about in terms of PI value.

Regardless a decent update RNS even if this project they initially indicated (very optimistically) they would have up , running & producing years ago is still at least 2 away from doing so - so much for understanding what they had originally signed up for ... at least they appear to know better now!! ....

.... ridiculous idea at the moment .... let Amapa play out ...

1) if it fails who gives a f... We/us/anyone can do what they want with what pittance would be left

2) if it provides a reasonable exit let the next bunch of hopefuls worry about the BoD cos I won't ...

...think you've effectively answered your own question there MrC ... but to be honest if Amapa goes belly up there's really only Evergreen left now (having either effed up or lost everything else) which ain't worth sh(t at the moment so what'd be the point 🤷🏻‍♂️

Agreed @ Dallas ..... seen similar scenarios over a number of commodities play out in a number of countries previously & so far it's never ended well ... years & years of arbitration then ending up in court for a derisory award which itself is then kicked down the road for a further discount to save more delay .... but some still like to dream otherwise .... obviously I could be wrong because I'm only speaking from my own experiences 😂

...careful Jimb ...that article also reiterates the painfully long processes & poor outcomes that can come with arbitration if you want to paint a rosy picture you need to select articles that support not prove the points being made by those considered & declared 'negative or deramping' LoL 😂
