....just re-read the last amapa rns & a few previously & they're full of snippets like we can't do this until we've got that & we can't do that until we've got this etc .... we're now approaching the back end of 2024 & it really irks me when i look at the original rns in which kiran stated:

"given the nature of the asset the capital costs are estimated to be substantially lower than would be normally associated with developing a similar sized project from scratch. as the project restarts operations, it is hoped it can move rapidly forward to revenue generation by q4 2019, and to see the mine fully operational in 2021."

You need to talk to your broker & they should let you know how .... I'm with ii ... they make it very easy, sending notifications etc that voting is available.

.... if I wanted to & then some .... Voting for 4 doesn't stop them from raising .... voting for 5 just means existing holders get first dibs which doesn't stop them completing an underwritten/supported raise so if PI's don't take up the full allocation a 3rd party can pick up any unexercised PI options ... the only thing that changes is it won't happen overnight .... the discounts to existing could be less & it will be identified in advance what it's for .... so you don't wake up to an unexpected hugely discounted raise one fine morning .... IMO Amapa is at a stage where they should be able to start using it as leverage especially when the viable 67% is confirmed (assuming it is!!)

....just submitted my votes for the AGM as below .. just against resolution 5 for now but may amend that prior to the cut off date & vote against 4 & 5 ... don't forget to submit your own votes everyone.....they're going to need to raise again soon as the hob nobs are low ... EMH holding is secured against the loan (not even sure if there's enough value left now!!) we can't sell EG1 (which is 80% down from listing) due to the tie in period) ... & we've been so successful in our 'global mining projects' we ain't got nowt else left .... what a shambles.

...not me I'll definitely be voting for resolutions 1 - 3 ... regardless of other considerations I can't think of anyone better to progress a Brazilian project than a Brazilian national .... having given it further consideration I haven't ruled out voting for resolution 4 the authority to place ... but definitely against 5 so if they do we must be given first option/priority if they do.... obviously the BoD won't vote against 5 as they still have the option of asking each other if it's OK if they partake!! LoL 😂

..i expect a large sell will pop up later as we sell more (& more) to service our MEZZ loan secured against them ... what a disappointment ...not as bad as the Mexican loan fiasco but bad enough ...

... yes I suspect in one or more of the 'discussions' that the DFS will be funded (along with bank payoff) by the equity provided by the JV partner .. all hinging on 67% & licence grants ... but just hopeful/guessing at this point.

.. I see this as positive although UKOG has been .... well let's just say costly for most PI's there LoL

Kiran Morzaria, Non-Executive Director, has now stepped down from the board to focus wholly on his role as CEO of Cadence Minerals and its related mining investments. Kiran has been a highly valued member of UKOG's Board since October 2015.

If it's to focus solely on Cadence we should see similar from EMH or it's potentially just a smoke screen to remove him IMO.

....indeed Dallas ..the other point is they keep saying licences have been submitted & expect this that & the other within this year but until they're actually granted they remain simply applications .... Likewise discussions are just discussions ... what we need is the RNS confirming 67% recovery is economically recoverable, licence approvals, equity financing without dilution & a start date for mining ... I hope this RNS (whilst reasonable but delaying the 67% confirmation- are they struggling with it!!) doesn't provide a small spike for another massively discounted placing before the AGM!!

...good news bad news .... Indifferent to it either way I'll be voting no to resolutions 4 & 5 ...again ... fed up with all the massive dilution at ridiculous discounts whilst they ask themselves if it's OK & provide permission for them to dip in but exclude us 🤬
