Careful Obs - you're at risk of blowing your cover ... all the 'we think' 'we might' & 'we can' stuff grammatically looks like you're in the middle of the decision making.. LoL

Hands up I think you're right & I've misunderstood/read it..... it quite clearly states that �1.1M will be spent on exploration & drilling on Grant of exploration permits (which hasn't occured yet) although the table indicates �100k payable at stage 1 (advised in the update as complete) with a further �1M payable at stages 3 & 4... ...another poorly constructed document or just me generally being on a downer with this BoD - I'll leave that with you to decide & you don't need to respond :-) To he fair although it does reduce my concerns I still have them & would rather they put the company in 'maintenance & cash conservancy' mode & wait for the existing Sonora/Cinovec & Yangi projects to come to fruition rather than risking further using their combined 'mining & financial expertise' of which I've yet to be convinced of.

....... and IF the exploration permits are granted & we issue the shares to take us to 20% ownership then pay �1M in earn in fees.... & �X millions in exploration /drilling costs .... what then IF it comes up blank on not viable .... then what with the remnants off the CLN Fiasco....... Alternatively they could sit tight, nurse what we have & conserve cash reserves & wait for Sonora, Cinovec & Yangi to get exploited ... like you earlier than the market thinks I reckon...

Howl.... even when I try to cut them some slack you won't let me :-)) I know what you were referring to but to be honest the performance of this BoD so far leaves me cold, angry & baffled but I'm fed up of saying it.... I also hope you're right about San Luis ... personally I see it as an unnecessary risk having the potential to cripple & finish us off as much as it having the possibility of providing anything in the way if returns anytime soon.... but let's wait & see & hope you're faith is rewarded & my concerns unfounded... I just hope the smell of DL is not involved in it in any way, shape or form as that would increase my doubts significantly. GL :-)

Maybe they used February's data & numbers because they looked better than they did in Mar... which will look better than they do in April LoL ... You know I have little trust & faith in this BoD but to cut them some slack it would be difficult to use March's data in a presentation you're making in March - especially if it's early in the Month..... How you feeling about them & San Luis now?? :-))

I've been kicking myself for years for buying in at 32p & now I'm kicking myself for thinking I was clever for buying again at 12.98p instead of partaking in the placing. Anybody got a crystal ball they no longer need cos mines FUBAR LoL. Only hope is that the drill results push this up to mid 20's & make me feel better :-))
