..... if Amapa does work out as its being positioned, hoped & wanted at least it may provide us with a path & the ability of hanging in there with the JV assets until someone wants to buy them for closer to what they're worth rather than we need to sell them for what we can get..... you never know it might even be possible we can cover our own portions of the JV development/exploitation costs when the time comes.

We have another CLN payment due so I expect the next RNS will either be a holdings one or the Banks .... then a shipment update ..... or delay!!!

...tis the Deer that come with the tics .... or is it the tics come with the Deer LoL.

Either way the tics are tolerated, although they should've had no place on Noahs ark, as I like having the Deer around (it's quite the thing for visitors!!)

I have a tool for removing them safely (plastic hook thing) although the juveniles are so blinking small they're not always easy to notice or grab a hold of once attached.

I'd say it's an indication that without anything else impacting on it the SP is in decline & may drop further today.

The systems don't know whether you bought or sold they just see a trade & a price .... your 'purchase' was below the midpoint therefore it's reported here as a sell in red.... until the ASK is adjusted further buys at the same price (of which there have been many IMO) they will show as sells .... there's been some pretty large offloading recently so maybe there's one in pipeline being worked through and well see some delayed or late trade(s) later

.....you'd like to think so wouldn't you but it wouldn't be (isn't & wasn't) the first time they've changed anything ...... like the original conversion on the original CLN .... the conversion at 12p was the result of a renegotiation & change to the original CLN cos of their previous (failed) rainbow chasing.

Hopefully this conversion at 6p will be the last of it but I'm certainly not holding my breath on that hope ... well still need money for further repayments, funding, salaries etc ... something needs to happen sooner rather than later with Amapa if we're not gonna get screwed further from the never-ending ever,scrolling over & renegotiation of the unnecessary & mostly wasted $15M loan/CLN from all those years ago .....

Not sure what to make of the recent 'agreed' conversion of $300k at 6p .... considering that prior holdings RNS's were based on the conversion being at 12p.... if 6p is the new Norm (or subsequently any further part of it) the potential dilution of the remainder of the CLN could at worst double what it is/was .... yet another own goal?!? ... more shares against a CLN than originally agreed at a different conversion factor for a loan from a company with one of our BoD on their BoD?!? ....

Fair & reasonable though on us PI's though eh.... easy money for some who are supposed to be working in our interest but from what I can see & in my view work more in their own!!!!

....what are you expecting from the AR that we don't already know?

Indeed lots of dependant factors on the when's ...... my own view was only that I wouldn't expect to see any vessels turning up for Ore for 'AT LEAST' 5 to 6 weeks hence I'm neither expecting, checking or looking for any.

Could be then, could be month's (or even longer!) away for all I know but at least 5/6 weeks in my opinion - is this really all we've got to talk about!!!

My magic eye says agricultural TC..... I don't expect to see anything turning up for Ore for at least another 5/6 weeks personally.....

.... I think you're right Dallas ... they have to prove it can be shipped & sold with a shipment(s) first that is(are) sold & generates revenues .... although I don't think that the timeframes are in the banks favour for this as they were given 60 days by the court in the ruling announcement & I really don't think we'll see the 'revenue' from the 'first' shipment in that timeframe.

I still suspect it's the smaller creditors, port authorities & shippers who won't sign contracts until a) their historic debts are settled & b) they can see a revenue stream to pay for them....... 'supply contracts' can include prepayment of fees for a period & it's hardly unusual for 'new business' relationships to start on a prepaid basis before moving to open account deferred (EOM, 30, 60 etc blah blah days) once trust & ability to settle has been established.

Now since yesterday I did a little back checking & am now happy to backtrack on my 'assumption' of FOB & say that OBS may have nailed the potential terms inot with CIF though but with CFR due to the following para (beliw) from the initial HoT announcement...... doesn't change that we can sell the ore, receive payment & transfer bills of lading as soon as the goods are loaded onto the departing vessel & it's underway (ocean bills are usually released by the line 2/3 days after vessel departure) but it does infer we might prepay the ocean freight to destination & render the discussion around FOB irrelevant but hey it was fun anyway....... if only I'd checked the original announcement before latching onto the 'shipment' terms discussion after it had been underway for a while LoL.

Time will tell & answer all ...

I suspect the settlement of historic employees & local business is interchangeable if the banks agree before we get payment for the first shipment then from our released funds if not from the sales revenue as directed by the court.

It was noticeable to me that Kiran reiterated the need for bank agreement to release the $2.5M & our 20% ownership ... so let's keep fingers crossed that the courts recent ruling gets the banks in line ..... although as I said at the time I expect the banks will be seeking legal advice on the matter so let's wait & see either way if they do challenge the court ruling or any action they direct it could still drag on..... but if they don't agree & the court carries out it's threat unchallenged then I would hope we'll resolve the release of the $2.5M once we've determined it's safe & secure to do so.
