Yes MrsB ... I am now viewing Amapa with a degree of hope (positivity if you prefer) although I think it'll be years before we see any real returns from it considering that profits will he used for reinvestment into the mine & settling historic debts for some time..... Still hoping that Ganfeng will buy us out if Sonora for a value anywhere near what it's been suggested it's worth ... even 50% of what was spouted would probably see the back of me ..... however nothing will change my opinion of our BoD ...present or past .... although one positive is that I reckon Kiran's had (having) speech therapy ......not so much of the um, er, er, um st st stuttering & a more confident delivery of late .... perhaps they'll make a film about it LoL.

Yes pleasantly surprised by how small the reduction in our holding ... although we have another CLN payment due soon so I suspect we may sell some more into this rise ...

Yes we should get an RNS on this it's a significant change to one of our main holdings .... although what percentage will we now hold - that's the question?

......well that was quick meeting done/dusted & announcement pronto - it's still only 5:15pm in Perth...

@Ob from the attached 'previously provided' it states at 1.1.29 that the investor(s) is a JV of Indo & Cadence & @ 5.1.1.2 it states that 99.93% of shares shall be transferred from the creditors to the investor .... nothing about any shares being Escrowed or held back etc... therefore I take this to mean that initially we will take a 20% ownership based on the release of our $2.5M as the initial split (in line with our separate agreement with Indo) & then Indo would need to transfer shares in their name to us for the additional 7% on our further payment of $3.5M this is all part of the binding agreement between Indo & Cadence ...... after this it becomes subject to separate negotiation if we want to increase our holding to 49% on a right of first refusal basis assuming Indo are prepared to consider a reduction of their own holding &/or bringing in another party (with funds in the bank) for 22% of the total meaning that we'd own 27% they'd own 51% & a n other 22% .... they can't off their own back & without our agreement issue shares that would affect our 27% holding of the JV co in the same way that we own 30% of Megalit /Mexalit & that's ours now with BCN only able to sell all or a portion of their 70% should they choose without impact on our 30%.....

.....what with autocorrections & my jumbled thinking that's probably harder to read than it should have been perhaps but I'm sure you get the gist.... the point being the the operating company is/will be owned 100% (effectively) by Indo & us from what I can tell hence a simple agree transfer of existing ownership/shares between us.

.......hi TC/Obs .... with talk if issuing shares to change percentage holdings I wonder if you're not over complicating it..... between KDNC & Indo they're holding percentages of a single company that owns/will own 99.9% of an asset .... just for examples sake & ease if demonstration lets call it 100% …

Now if that asset has 100 Shares to own 20% we just need to have 20 shares put into our name with the other 80 into indosino's then as we pay additional funds more of those 100 shares are simply transferred from Indo's ownership into ours ... it's not like us holding shares in a publicly traded company where each PI has their purchased number of shares & we want to raise money which we need to do by increasing the share register .... between Indo & Cadence they can achieve ownership percentage changes simply by transferring shares from one to the other so that ultimately Cadence could hold the equivalent of 49 shares whilst Indo retain 51 if someone else is brought in for 22% they Indo give them 22 shares for whatever the agreed amount which means we retain our 27% .... as soon as you start increasing the Share cap you mess with percentages

Straws & clutching springs to mind MrsB...... the last time we reported anything from AOU was month's ago with a 'declared interest' of 1% at that time AOU have had some reportable news since then that we haven't announced & we've been selling nearly everything we've got to pay the monthly CLN repayments - I think the possibility of us holding any AOU is slim to none & heavy on the None.... we also sold them at a loss IMO but hey ho we've become accustomed to that by now huh!

Yes MrsB that's the placing I believe fits the bill ... it's a few months ago, before the consolidation & if someone had bought £100K 'on market' it would have almost certainly propped/increased the SP rather than continually dropping - almost makes me wonder how much 'influence' here that ratsnake still has ...

Cheers MrsB..... yep.... only the (2 additional hole) 200M extension into Yangi licence 163 is part of the JV with us but it does return the highest TREO result in the new drill results for Yangi.... Auer is nothing to do with us so only good for them. :-)

To be honest it makes me want scream & rip someone a new one to think that that gob****e f..ker was 'probably' allowed to participate in the £1.6M placing ....after he so badly (OK that's my feeling) let so many people down, who'd put so much faith & trust in that shysters bullish/t, when he fled with his tail between his legs after his oh so public Chess game he thought he was controlling & winning went so very sour & exposed him for the snake he is...then not satisfied with that proceeded to feed us with sh/t & steer us wrong courtesy of his continued influence over our BoD (again so that's my opinion).

Surprised myself once more at the strength & depth of the dislike, distrust & enmity I feel towards what I consider to be that narcissistic coward with a personality disorder.
