I thought I'd check and spare a glance
At a share once loved by many now sad
whilst poetry is not my game I'd say
I like it best with, served cold, with assonance.
Consolidations need for fund raising my dear
Is just smoke & mirrors, as is often found here
A question answered that prompted the calls
Is a raise above nominal is where it must fall
A raise before made at point zero one
Post consolidation now could be no point just one
A rhyme? is this that, who knows, did I cheat?
In the two lines above I did nought but repeat!
So no, a raise prior could have been made indeed
But it wasn't instead consolidation proffered as need
The result is unchanged at one hundred to one
As all instruments by the same calculation are done.
The SP is dire of that there's no doubt
But it wouldn't be better for consolidation without
We are now suffering here at just over four p
We would just have been suffering instead point zero four p
If a rhyme was what was actually wanted
I'm not sure if this does, but it's done and so dusted
This response could be taken too lengthy by some
But tome it's OK ..... perhaps more a tome
ooh did you see there at what I have I done!
So here we are back to once where we started
Back at the same old price but consolidated
All those many years of waiting now down the drain
Unhappy but perhaps not suffering the levels of some others pain
............
and as painful as this consolidation has been just be mindful that it could have been worse - watch out for consolidations with reorganisations those are the real nailing the lid on the coffin moments.
Don't believe anything anyone says at face value ..... this BoD especially who have a vested interest in smiling & convincing you they're doing the right things for you.....Lenigas ****ed everything for everybody with his over inflated egotistical arrogance in his dealings with COE at BCN with all his public talk of how many chess moves & hosting 5p parties .....COE appointed Secker who sussed & drove him out almost immediately in my view & then the clowns at the REM/KDNC helm now did the absolute worst things they could at every turn including buying into more of Lenigases bull & companies he sat on for whatever short period his small attention span allowed.
