See their consolidation has worked out well for their investors..... the more you hold the more you lose eh !!

MrC the RNS is in regards to a 'potential' partnership & whilst it's likely it will get EMH shareholder approval (19.1% coming from us) it is still positioned as subject to this, that & due diligence etc.

Most AIM investors are currently (in my opinion) extremely cautious & wary of RNS's currently along with the hype & hope they generate whilst producing diddly squat....you've only got to look at ours & the unrealized hype some posters generate about them over the last few years to understand why!!!

So the 'potential' of this or that creates a vacuum in which those with the funds & ability can manipulate & milk PI's (my opinion) positioning themselves into a win/win situation whether the potential disappears in smoke & mirrors as ours seem to do or they become concrete.

You need to give Mrs Padovsky time to make the tea & pass the biscuits around to our sleepy Minigases ..... it'll be about 10ish I reckon .....although he's on the board perhaps Kiran was kept in the dark about this as well LoL

My opinion on that is known well enough .... it carries the stench of Gobbygas (who in my opinion has become Super toxic) coupled with the decisions & performance of the Minigases in control (or lack of any control if you like) since he skulked off years ago......

....that's always been my big concern whilst they've been borrowing & buying into projects that have subsequently been flawed, lost in the mists or needing further funding, approvals etc etc

Can we outrun the debt, dilution & poor decisions wreaked on us before someone buys us out of a JV or exploited it ...we've already sold out our BCN direct holding at a huge loss to pay down the debt of that farcical $15M loan deal .... & they're still taking a good salary & for what!!

Similarly to Yangi I seem to recall KM also indicated that in his opinion Sonora JV's were worth about the same ie a couple hundred mill .....

Of course neither are worth anything to us (as the SP reflects) until they're sold or exploited it would seem...

Whilst that's what I'm hoping for..... for the right price.... it's just a 3rd party report & possibly their view and of course it'd be wrong of them not to include the caveat of that possibility in any event..... I'll be much more upbeat about it if I read/see it come directly from BCN/Ganfeng or our mob....

@degsie pretty sure it was one of the 'umm err... err umm' webinars ..... you remember those the ones where Kiran stuttered & stumbled through a Q&A invariably saying something that tanked our share price or our investment partner.

As I recall it was whilst he was trying to identify how we might get to the 2.18p target for their share options & rewards.... perhaps the one that was pulled because he gobbed off about BCN likely to be raising at 25p.

That's how I see & understand it anyway....

....Yes ... I guess it just depends on timing/need .... right now they may not have the resources to 'buy us out' in a manner & at a value that works for both.... however once been mining & getting income for 3/4 years & Our inclusion starts looming on the horizon they may be in a much better place financially & experienced to offer us a more attractive buy out offer than they can today...

All conjecture of course but I reckon hanging in there for a few more years works best for me ....

Indeed TC ..... KM has said in the past that the JV value 'in his opinion' is worth a couple hundred million to us & Hastings aren't offering anywhere near that (probably closer to what Obs is throwing around would be my thoughts) ...

So where will they meet ... if they ever do!!
