Hmmmm ..... more accurately some of the license areas (which currently 'might' get exploited to some degree in ten(ish) years time) within the 'Yangibana project' area.

Based on that I don't really see what HASTINGS SP has to do with us, nor do I see any impact from it for us other than to provide you & your calculator of many characters a couple of battery changes in the next 8-9 years until HASTINGS might consider buying us out or we some value coming in due to approaching exploitation.....that's my take.

Now @ cause please can you advise when KDNC will get that annual $100's million plus coming into their accounts to share with us PI's .... would that be immediately after we take our 27% ? LoL

Oooh look there's another one ... you need to rephrase what the JV is as we don't have a JV 'IN' Hastings.... the one thing you're right about though when punters are misled by others (or more often themselves) it creates a spike to sell into & rebuy when it falls back but also nets & catches them in as holders sitting on losses.... I've decided to embrace & encourage LoL

OK ... it's not like we haven't disagreed on anything before ..... all I'm saying is that DEV can transfer/repay/allocate to the JV co as you like (bearing in mind that we're assuming that DEV will be owned by JV co anyway ... if as you think they share out excess income all that's going to happen is that it'll offset what we need to find/fund/borrow by debt or dilution as our contribution to the decommissioning/reinstatement blah blah blah .... surely you don't really think they're going to pay out divis to shareholders when they need to find multiple tens of millions to satisfy their part of the recovery costs in line with the percentage we owe do you?

...Indeed Obs ... however we shouldn't lose sight of the fact that you're just playing with the same toy with a different name on the box Dev will be owned 99.9% by JV co so it's just a set of numbers in different pages of the same book...... they still have the commitments & obligations of the JRP to follow first & foremost ... best thing that can happen is they realise greater funds on the sales of stockpiled ore to reduce the amount of capital & debt required by the JV partners to reinstate & recommission the mine, railway & port..

TC ... agreed we have made a bridging loan with a reasonable return on it which KM indicated would be offset against the amount needed ($3.5M) to take us to 27% & he stated it would reduce the amount required to raise in due course for the uplift to 27% from 20%……… that's a bit different to inferring or making it appear the whole $6M was a loan to be repaid rather than our buy in value for a stake in the JV co .... lots of things for the JV co to do & pay off before we see any income into KDNC' books from it....

Going for a set of 3? ..... explain when the $6M became a loan!! LoL

We are not expecting any cash to flow directly to KDNC from the project for several years, firstly from repayments of our $2.5m + $3.5m (to be contributed, taking us to 27%): plus decent interest off this, and of course if we contribute any capital which increases our holding towards 49%. ;-)

....actually if it is the GANT GRACE I think she might be making another run .... as it currently looks like she's sailed well past Santana from Macapa & is still going strong away from Santana further up the Amazon ..... of course it would be far too long for it to have left Macapa for Santana and take two weeks in transit so it makes sense it's perhaps doing a domestic job & will be back in Santana for the 29th .... unless it was travelling under the power of one man & his oar LoL....... just musing is all .. :-)
