...as I tried to outline a couple of weeks back the assay results only opened the door for the finalisation & formalising of the contract negotiations... they would only.have gone so far with negotiations & checks because if the assay results weren't as required what would be the point in spending too much time, effort & money on negotiations & legal fees .... I said it'd more likely be within December for the next news to come & stick with that .... this isn't negotiating the sale of a second hand car & will require legal checks, double checks for both company & country compliances not worth completing until the assay results confirmed they were.

Next couple of weeks it could be, by the end of the year it should be.... if not !!!!!

.... why would there be an EMH update... of what relevance is that to KDNC now??

When this 'project' started for us there was the equivalent of a quarter of the (diluted) shares in issues ... which was also 5 times the amount in issue when I first invested on the back of the Greenland RNS !!!! which is equal to an overall 40x increase in the SCAP !!!!

I don't share your optimism on a deal @ Jimb but however unlikely in my own opinion it is indeed a possibility I concede .... think I'll stick with my thinking for now, at least this way round I can only be pleasantly surprised (if it occurs before I'm out!!) whereas you potentially stand to be disappointed ..... again 😂

...well at least it proves the suspension wasn't due to any potential settlement being close to or agreed ... 2028 is perhaps optimistic in my opinion, however even if then the likelihood of challenges afterwards for another couple of years after is almost certain ... I guess it's still possible they might come to some agreement beforehand but that's also unlikely IMO ... hopefully I'll be out of here loooong before then ...
