IMO you guys just don't seem to be getting it ... EMH had absolutely no input into the DFS nor any control over how it when it was released, that I think we know to be the case.

CEZ are in control of everything, the DFS (as it was called that!!) published in the UK was IMO hurried out from what CEZ put out out in Czechia, it was (or appeared if you ask me) rushed, incomplete & with everything priced & positioned in the worst light they could get away with & consequently didn't pass muster in OZ.

Why - because CEZ want EMH out of the picture & the market & shareholder reaction to the supposed DFS as published has provided an ideal opportunity for a cheap(ish) buyout which the suffering & disillusioned LTH & the newly invested (like myself) would willingly accept.

Mid 20's would be my guess - let's wait& see what comes next ...

.... you can argue this back & forth as much as you like no-ones got a crystal ball ...

the one thing I would say is that in all the years I've been investing in AIM Zeus's 'fair value' predictions & the paper they're written on have only been good for wiping your backside with - nothing more & probably less...

... anythings possible of course however without an EGM they've only got approval to issue another 12M from the last authority given before the next AGM, so minimal dilution from here without an EGM ... with an EGM (if passed) who knows!!!

It could also be argued (by some) as unlikely given that the BoD have stated in interviews that funding to progress the whole project will now be secured from Azteca production in due course IF it gets there, grants & debt funding.

Do some research & make up your own mind though, don't rely or base decisions on any response(s) from any posters on these forums ... Including me ... your money, your choice, your responsibility.

... there could be an argument made that CEZ are more culpable for the position EMH are in than KC & the Sunshine band are & it would be in CEZ's interests to grab the other 49% of the project on the cheap before offtake deals are signed ... if that transpires you could make a case for a well played CEZ ..... JMO

... reckon it's possible this has been manipulated into a position for a 20-25p buyout by CEZ ... which with all the LTH angst & punters like me who bought in at under 9p might now seem quite attractive .... time will tell, personally I'm not now expecting offtakes to be announced until they've got EMH out of the way ....

... what comes first could be pivotal to SP movement.

p.s. for those blaming KC & the sunshine band in my opinion they haven't now (& haven't had for years) any say in the what, when's & how's anything is done, in what timeframes or order ... we are dancing to CEZ's tune & they're attempting playing us out of the show IMO ... buyout at +20p would suit me fine though as I missed selling earlier ....

Trading resumed & in line with AIM at the moment .... might be time for me to sell up after all ...

So just waiting for the trading resumption to see what Oz traders make of it....

OK & fair enough always difficult to predict the future ... in any event there is nothing illegal in Oz having a trading halt Monday regarding information that was made public whilst their markets were closed for the weekend ... let's keep fingers crossed things improve ... in more ways than one 🤞🏼

I don't pay a too much attention to the over hype & uber negative posts however I would say I'm not sure I would have stated so strongly that there was no comparison between VUL & EMH when the BoD felt it appropriate to use VUL as a funding comparator example in the RNS - but hey ho whatever rocks your boat ... 😂

... I reckon you're about as clued up on this matter as you were about 'not one Russian uniform will cross the border into Ukraine' back in 2022 fast forward & how many crossed over never to return home complete - if at all!!!

Not a great comparison admittedly but there is nothing illegal at all about how this has developed - it was announced after market close in Oz & in London as soon as was required after release by CEZ, followed by a trading halt on opening in Oz to ensure an orderly & fair announcement there across the country.

There are 3 links to the RNS here with explanations of the reasons behind a trading halt in Oz - it is for the DFS announced in London on Friday which hasn't yet been published in Oz - there also may be a process/approvals halts must comply with in Oz that wouldn't/don't apply here. There really is no point over hyping the halt.
