...yes I've been pondering this & wonder how close offtake contract(s) might be - if it's that close (days/weeks) why raise now instead of after offtakes are announced? ...that wouldn't really make any sense to me .... but who knows what, when & how with AIM shares & CEO's!!!

.... @Hunter16 I hadn't commented either way whether it was good or bad but if you'd read my post from earlier in the day what I did say explains it, as I was holding back from buying back in precisely because I thought a raise might be on the horizon before any more positive news.

Now that the raise & price is announced, I will buy back in at the point I believe is reasonable.

As someone else commented a raise was inevitable & it's requirement already given by KC so it shouldn't be a surprise to anyone, it was only ever a matter of when & at what price.

Does it cause dilution, yes of course is it a bad thing, no not really it would be worse if they needed to raise & couldn't or had bills to pay & no money to do so - it's just the way of things & I was just fortunate that it came before other news & I can pick up more shares with the lump I was holding back that I would've done if I'd bought back in yesterday for instance.

Just simple maths & looking for profit like us all ...

I understand your positivity @Happy & I hope your assumptions are correct & there'll not be any challenges, questions or hurdles that delay, hinder or add costs in regard to the grant of licences to progress, the timelines from EIA submission to licence grant are neither fixed or guaranteed of course but considering how 'on board' the CZ/EU govt & authorities seem to be let's hope the nimby's get a quick & decisive brush aside.

as to the current SP personally I think it may be being held back a little at the moment by uncertainty over whether there's a potential raise on the horizon prior to anything more positive landing - having sold up the shares I bought previously at under 9p I've now got a fair lump I'm holding back at the moment for exactly that reason ... will I miss out or be rewarded for holding off in the short term .... time will tell 🤔, if I miss out so be it & a well done to all those holding ....

We've held elsewhere together as well & I hope this one pays off for you, whether I get any more out of it or not ....

..you can base your price on the 'last price paid' ie 40c (which at today's RoE is just under 20p btw)if you like but that was at the top of the offer (ask) as below ...

However I think to say it has equalised is more shall we say 'correct' 😂

... the overnight 8% 'Jump' as you call it (more like a skip in my view) in Oz was simply an equalisation on ASX to the closing price on AIM yesterday which is why we're not seeing a corresponding 'jump' here today .

... gotta say, despite previous commentary, I was impressed & things really seem to have turned a corner, thumbs up from me for a clear & knowledgeable delivery of where we are.

Just hope it's not spoilt &/or derailed by another project.

...of course ... nothing's off the table any more than anything's ever guaranteed until it's guaranteed ... you could get an MOU caveated with trigger points, milestones etc & by the same token you could get an offtake agreement subject to & pending this that or the other with pricing based on what the future/spot or pre agreed amount - just from what I've seen & my assessment over the last few years PI's are a bit more savvy these days & less likely to pile in & create massive spikes on news that doesn't guarantee progression, licencing or returns than they used to be .... but that's just my opinion others may not agree of course & some go out of their way to create spikes & falls IMO

Indeed ... the 'market' has been burned too often over too long a period by AIM stocks & people are a bit wiser about when to invest these days IMO .... the DFS & EIA are good markers & absolutely necessary steps but they do not guarantee mining permits, licences or progression ... the EIA is a working document & still needs to be reviewed & agreed as both fully encompassing in scope & any mitigations identified within it are deemed adequate ... still to come are the FID & granting of actual mining licences/permits subject to those reviews ...

Once it is evident that the FID & licensing is cast iron & irrevocable then you'll see a major difference in the who & how much they invest here & an SP more reflective of the asset .... assuming there's not a buyout beforehand.

Hi Mer ... You'd like to think so but if Kiran s going to make an 'announcement' it would have to be done either today or before market opens in the morning as he won't be allowed to make an announcement during the presentation itself ....

Be interesting to see what he's got to (& can) say at this juncture, especially if there is an announcement (which I'm not expecting) before tomorrow's investor presentation....

LoL ... at the end of the day it's pretty irrelevant what's posted on these boards... or how much time & effort posters spend composing lengthy posts in support or negativity of the company or the SP ... it's news that drives the SP ... negative posters can't stop a rise on good news & positive posters can't stop a fall on bad ... watch for & make decisions on the news & news alone the market will determine the SP based on News not either of the over optimistic or pessimistic posters here .... PI's are better served setting realistic buying in points & selling prices & ignoring the excess news either way ... who really knows what news is coming next for AIM listed shares ...
