...yes I'd thought about it as well but as I'd grabbed another couple £k last week decided against it ... on the flip side I tried a couple of dummy sells & got up to over 600k being quoted at 4.39p before I gave up .... see what the rest of the week brings ....

...indeed but the only purchase of any real size & might just be a one-off punter filling their 2025/26 ISA allowance.... need a few more large buys then I might think there was more to it potentially....

Disappointing that the spread has opened up again but hey ho ... certainly an improved SP compared to yesterday ... Leak of news!!! not sure would've thought there'd be more frequent larger purchases if that was the case - but who knows if this keeps up we may get a clarifying RNS regarding price movement!!

& even better that unlike most rises not caused directly by an RNS on the day this is both understandable & entirely justified IMO - keep going eh - no delays no diversions!!!

What's better now also is that the spread has narrowed from 15% to just over 7%

...well it certainly makes a nice change to see largish sells getting swallowed up by larger buys at least

...completion & submission of studies by end Feb - 2 months for review & Licence issuance to end April - renovation & installation of Azteca to end Jun - allows for processing & shipping from June onwards - all in line with & as per Jan presentation - all good for now fingers crossed no more delays to come ...

however also as per Jan presentation Kiran inferred they were 'ahead of schedule' but were making sure they did it right & in full compliance with the regulatory frameworks ... the only way licencing comes in Feb is if the submissions were made earlier than the timeframe in the presentation & there wasn't a need to RNS completion of the studies & submission (which is possible) AND the authorities fast tracked the processing in less than the 2 months stipulated for that as well.

So I very much doubt licencing is imminent in the respect of days but certainly can see it being imminent in the term of 4 weeks earliest & 8/9 weeks if we stay in line with the presentations.

So long as it comes - all good within days would be great but very very unlikely IMO.

& if you factor in the difference in NPV discount between PFS & DFS .... or even in the certainty & overall confidence that licensing & Azteca production might bring with it???

Personally I'd be ecstatic with 23p regardless anyway LoL ....

... seems to be going in the right direction at least - & there should be news on the licencing soon if the required documents aren't submitted yet it may st surely be close - can't see them starting to refurb until the licences are granted & they've got that scheduled to start April - given that the review period for the licence applications is up to 2 months something's surely imminent submission if RNSable/or grant if not!!!

PLEASE PLEASE no more 'unexpected/unforseen' delays to stated timetables - that will not go down well with me being already 14 months past the previously given licence timetable!!!

I'd imagine if anyone was looking to buy EMH out the existing parties/route to any FID by CEZ/EMH wouldn't be too high on their agenda as they'd likely have their own resources, funds & plans to progress ... but JMO

& it's been for about a week now & still is trading about 1p above the price on ASX - I'm keeping more of an eye on what the SP's doing is Oz than what it's doing here - it's always been a good benchmark as to what's going to occur here so far...
