In the places I've looked it appears as though the remaining licenses are expected to be issued by end march, given that we've been told the review by the authorities takes 2 months doesn't that mean the applications may st have been submitted ?

Unfortunately @Happy AIM is awash with short term/day traders & it's they that generally create the spikes many find themselves trapped under as AIM shares usually drift down afterwards until the next news is due/arrives - then it's all boom / bang / rockets again for a few days whilst they milk & leave ...

As someone has posted on another thread about 2030 being the date ... for AIM shares that's just too far off for many & there are masses of opportunity on a myriad other AIM shares for quicker profit .... AIM shares are not worth getting sentimental over IMO

Most of us want the same thing, no one buys shares to make a loss & we all buy in when we think it's going to rise (apart from shorters of course) AIM is a real casino though & I've lost count of how many times on how many shares I've seen spikes created by those that can to leave those who can least afford it to nurse losses - however I also do think that a lot of PI's now are a bit more savvy to that these days & it's not as bad as it was - or maybe that's just me.

Nothing is never nailed on in AIM until it's nailed on that much at least I've learnt & best keep your wits, doubts, hopes, wishes & fears on the table at all times & not discard any them too early... anyway got other things to do this PM but I do agree that this is about as good an opportunity as it gets on AIM without pre-empting the outcome one way or the other

OK & I'm not sure we're that far apart in thinking to be honest, you're doing your utmost to outline & support the longer term case & eventual uplift in the SP from a position of it's going to happen because of this, that & the other which I don't necessarily disagree with, what I'm saying is that as these 'pieces' of de-risking news land there's a pump & drift as short term/day traders (aided & supported by like minded posters) jump all over the share shouting 'goldrush/boom/rockets' etc leaving it to drift afterwards (but hopefully with a higher floor) however the 'real' full potential value for EMH won't be hit & held (whatever that might be in terms of SP) IMO until the licencing, funding, offtakes are all in place that will make the FID a forgone conclusion - if we don't agree to or get bought out first ...

As far as I'm concerned it's been demonstrated numerous times that KC has little to nothing at all in terms of influence over the progress & activities of the project as a whole & the RNS's we get only follow after the news has already broken & been announced in CZ - but at least he'll be influential in any buy out negotiations (if there are any going on!)..

LoL ... firstly I'm not the one 'arguing' so don't feel the need to justify my 'opinion' which is what you're averring is wrong.

Secondly my opinion was positioned on FID AND licencing but you seem to have ignored the licencing element & fixated your 'argument' solely on the FID element of what I posted... of course once licencing/permits AND offtakes are in place the FID may well become a mere 'formality' as you put it but we're not quite there yet are we & I would suggest the current SP supports that view.

So once again I will retain my own opinion, which others can ignore or 'argue' if they prefer & I may yet be proven wrong 😂

.... difference's of opinion on the when & what's are what they are, there'll be spikes & drops here & there as news drifts in & it may drift higher but IMO there won't be the SP many here wish/hope for until there are cast iron guarantees OR EMH are bought out - even then, although potentially much better than today, I don't see it being at the higher end of some of the 'pumping' there's been here recently - time will tell as always & if I'm wrong I'm wrong, won't be the first or last time that happens on AIM stocks!!
