If precedence has taught me anything it's to exercise caution on AIM ... you've only got to look at BCN whose shareholders had similar firm beliefs & confidence in the future riches & rewards .... 25p may be cheap but it's possible with a few carrots attached ....I'd hope / wish for better but that'd be acceptable considering my average ...

4+ years of overcoming bundles, rounds of funding & waiting for permits, licensing & construction prior to any production - add into that EMH have apparently no input or control over anything, & CEZ would probably want us out of the way is why we are where we are & sinking ....

On the plus side if the Koreans (or any other party wanted to really get involved (with CEZ / Govt blessing) what better way than to buy a near 50% stake from an AIM co struggling to gain investor interest & upward momentum ... I'm thinking a bit out of EMH is most likely & anything 25p plus would secure my vote (& probably many others) if you're watching KC!!
