No no no .... Not another loan the last one they organised was an unmitigated disaster IMO so I would go for anything over that with this BoD ... at least with a placing such as this although it might sting & hit a nerve or two you know what it is & it's parameters .... the last loan they organised was like a long term cancer that continually are away at the long term value which got worse each time they extended or renegotiated it ... not sure I'll ever recover too much respect or trust after that but with what's hopefully coming the path to the exit door may just be slightly more illuminated soon ....

..... LoL in case you've missed I've been saying for years that the actions of the BoD have been damaging potential returns for shareholders .... nothing new in this ..... However if we are to believe what we've been told we are about to take 27% of a significant asset (the previous Amapa RNS indicated we were already advanced in working towards our 27% from 20%) - this is now more than comfortably funded ..... who knows it may be that the 'shareholder offering' to follow might be sufficient (&/or underwritten) to take our ownership up to the 49% mark ....if so I'd certainly be filling my boots under that scenario & Kiran & Co would potentially get a pat on the back from me for a change if it turned out to be the case.

....it's yet to come MrC ... you haven't missed it ...

true Mer ..... I'm pondering that & may grab a few £K myself at this price later & then more at 20.5 .... but just for now I'll keep watching it may dip further yet today & below placing price who knows ..... fun eh :-))

Yes MoFo's have spoilt my plans to sell & buy back later can't get a quote above 21.5 to sell any quantity so not worth it LoL ...... I'll be watching throughout the day though fingers hovering :-))

...the way I'm reading this RNS is that they're placing shares at 20.5p to raise £3.5M ..... i.e. another 17.M+ shares to existing & new ....then separately there will be an open offer for us PI's for a further & additional placing of shares at 20.5p ... either for a pre-determined amount &/or value, at an upper limit or open on the quantity or value depending on the response to it.... .... I do not believe from the RNS that the open offer we will be invited to participate in has got anything to do with with the £3.5M placing as announced for new & existing...... so further dilution to come as a result of the open offer .... on the plus side all this dilution will suppress the benefit the BoD will get as, when, if we get to a point they might consider exercising their options.

I did say yonks ago that a placing could well come before the 20% & wanted us to sell assets instead (preferably EMH for me where the upside is now limited IMO) but there you go..... I also remember cursing that the BoD would get us to 20bn shares in issue pre consolidation & we're getting closer & closer to that now in pre consolidation terms .... still money to be made here just continually, damaged & diluted .... but that trajectory/path hasn't changed for years.

The holdings are separate whether yours/your wife's .... or even if you hold shares in your own name under different trading accounts ..... i.e. you cannot buy shares you qualify for in your ISA in your trading account or vice versa whether in the same or different names .... each account holding has its own qualifying shares & they are not transferrable (or put it this way they never have been for me in the past!!) ....

...& as a word of warning I wouldn't put too much store by anything twotwits posts ...

.... there will be a qualification date of holding on the open offer document usually at some point in the future .... these aren't that unusual & the format of them pretty standard ....

TC if you have the room in your ISA (i.e. you still have some headroom to put cash in) then yes you can .... if you've already maxxed out the ISA allowance this year you'd have to sell other shares in your ISA to fund it ..... I went through this recently with another share I hold....

@MBW ... Yes I do mind as it happens as I can't be bothered right now so if you want it worked out then go for it yourself & let me know instead.

.....& just so it's on record we no longer require $3.5M for the additional 7% ..... we subbed/loaned them £540k with an 18% ticket on it mid 2020 so it will be considerably less ....

& yes I'd have preferred selling off EMH as previously stated as well as I think the upside there is now limited but we're not running the company & we keep approving placing facilities & at least this one has an open offer element attached to it - hopefully with excess applications for this who actually believe in it ....

Indeed MrJames .... fortunately still below my average however for the first time ever I may consider day trading a couple 100K of shares for the crack if the signs look good - depends what's announced next & when .... certainly don't want to miss the 20/27% sailings or the open offer playing silly bu££ers with some of my holding....

Instead of looking it up / working it out I believe O&W is asking/wanting someone else to advise how many KG's of Lithium there are in a pure EV.
