Indeed .... Potential DSO operation in the short term maybe before looking at processing options ... who knows but to be fair depending on what occurs with the SP due to Amapa &/or other assets I may be out before the Oz assets are resolved fully one way or another

....for me it would be why they initially wanted to raise £3.5 & have actually raised £4.1M ... the 27% shouldn't require much more that $2.5M (taking off the loan & interest) which leaves a lot for 'general office/admin costs' .... No doubt Mrs P has increased the quality & selection of the office biccies but even so ....

I'm just itching to know the size of the Open offer & what it's purpose might be as it shouldn't be needed to go to 27% now should it?? ..... which might actually be the case now rather than the 20% :-)

Mr James if/as/when an open offer is made you will be 'entitled' to take up the offer (on the terms specified) within all the accounts you hold shares .... they are not transferrable from one holding to another though so if you've maxxed out your ISA already the only question would be how to fund any purchase made under an offer .... so if you have no (insufficient) cash floating free in it you'd need to sell something else within the ISA to fund it, either another share or perhaps even some of your Cadence shares if you do the calcs, for instance depending on the qualification/register/settlement dates you may be able to sell some Cadence at 21p + to buy them back + some under the offer at 20.50p if that's a viable option & the offer as indicated is forthcoming.

But don't take anything said on here & especially from me at face value .... check it out/clarify it with your broker/FA.

I had an (REM) average of 80p (0.8) and worked it down to 24p. My current average is 24.7p and I’m whinging like a mofo tonight! Best case scenario for me is for one of my other shares to bag and I’ll reluctantly buy some more. My 10/10 hatred for km had dropped to about 5 or 6….now it’s 11. Good night and good luck to us all

Perhaps if you practiced what you'd just preached Nookie rather than posting it in the gloating, gleeful manner you did you'd have got more positive reactions.

Possibly DD ... although in my opinion the likelihood of dipping below the placing price, on this share at this time is unlikely (in other circumstances for sure it'd likely dip under) but we all know what's coming, we pretty much know when it's likely & we know what it's for & what the impact could be .... No for me there may well be more to this than may initially be obvious ... Time will tell & we can all respond accordingly when the next news is out :-))

Exactly Degsie the first one is a cancellation of the trade reported last at that time & at that price the second one is a replacement trade ..... as I just posted I now reckon it was probably a short closing - you are welcome to your own thoughts obvs :-))

I think we should just wait & see ..... not only do we have the uplift to 27% that requires funding .... the PFS may be about done now if not soon as well & we may be putting wheels in motion to fund going to 49% if it's offered....

Legal - for me it would depend on whether you're purchasing a private cask for investment (make money) or pleasure (to drink) if the former I'd go for an established distillery & a Macallan (1824) certainly fits the bill if they do one ..... if the latter I'd check out some of the younger distilleries & if you're of a mind visit & tour a couple if you call ahead & tell them you're in the market for a private cask they're generally really good.

p s. More than a little Irish myself .... but then many are LoL

You could also refer to it correctly as Whisky (sans e) which is what a Macallan rare cask is:

Scottish distillery whisky ... Irish distillery Whiskey :-)
