MBW @ 09:15 ..... exactly.... just small sell trades in low volumes (apart from possibly a couple) so it's pretty much irrelevant & the SP is drifting whilst many wait ... easy for me to say to stop worrying about the SP when my average is well under 20p anyways & easy for me to wait .... & Understandable why others get anxious, nervous & fractious.

.... I've yet to see any valuation given by WH Ireland for REM/KDNC get anywhere near being realised & in this instance there's no change to that ...... yet ..... & hopefully that will change too...

Lots of reasons people sell shares, some because they have to, some because they feel there's better elsewhere, some because they're fed up of waitinging, some taking profits from purchases from 3p upwards, some have probably passed on waiting & it's estate selling....... and some of it could be purely attempts at manipulation to get a lower entry or fill an order...... when the expected/hoped for/needed news drops it'll be irrelevant & the SP will find a new level I doubt it will be some of the fantastical sums spouted here, but I personally expect it to be far higher than it is today & then you'll see a lot more selling!!

.....also comparing BCN's sellout by their BoD is very different to the position here, when GFL made the offer they already held 30% of the BCN share cap with support from the BoD & other major shareholders they were almost there from the get go - hence why fighting it was a lost cause as far as I'm concerned from the moment it was made ..... can you imagine what would happen to our SP if we suddenly had a major take a 30% stake in KDNC .... at the moment we are majority PI owned & a takeover bid would need to be voted by us so unless significant a hostile offer now with what's potentially on the horizon I think would get thrown out by the majority of PI's here - personally I'm not concerned about it & don't think it's overly likely but never say never eh .....I would however be interested to see what would happen if one was made, depending on who made it at what price. :-)

Well it should 'iron' out the uncertainty of when.

Not so sure why you're so insistent that a 'new' co will be formed, as below the JV's are both owned by holding companies (Mexilit & Megalit) which are both owned 70% by Bacanora & 30% by Cadence ..... all that's happened is that GFL have (or will now) purchased the entire issued share capital of Bacanora .... there's no reason that Bacanora will or must stop operating as Bacanora but just as an entirely controlled & owned entity of GFL .... in fact it would be simpler & more straightforward if they do as an existing established trading entity within Mexico as it would save all the work & effort of setting up a new company when they have a perfectly good operating one already ...of course they could change the name but that wouldn't change, impact or alter the companies set up over the JV's.

The big question is & will be what to do about their 30% JV partner - which I'm really looking forward to finding out in due course :-)

..... indeed one of the conditions might be that the royalty is formally declared legally free & clear of any on going or future challenge I guess ....

Look at the timing of the announcement though .... the day after BCN's delisting - is that an ouch I hear in the background?

the announcement does say subject to 'conditions' & I wonder what they are, I guess there may still be some potential legal avenues on the legitimacy to clarify/mull over by so as usual not a nailed on guarantee that it will progress ....... but if it does I wonder if the plan would be to sit out & wait for the royalties to start flowing or whether the royalties might be offered for sale to GFL or whether GFL might make an approach to purchase .... as so often answers/events just prompt more questions & still the current mining plan has such a small amount of the JV1 area included ... how much to buy us out of the JV's in their entirety .... Hope we find out soon :-))
