Had mine last week TC ..... Entitlement plus excess

PMSL .... you lot make me crack up .... do you really think it's just a matter of handing over a suitcase full of cash & bingo you own another 7% of a company ..... Apart from the potential calculations & agreement over exactly how much is due for the additional 7% on what date considering & potentially reducing the $3.5M for the 'outstanding loan + interest' there are also the legal & corporate documents, activities & processes to be dealt with . . I suspect it'll be another week or so at least myself but pleased if earlier.

Elcobbledore .... your first mistake was taking any notice of anything, anyone posts on an AIM shares chat board, your second mistake was then investing anything on the back of it alone .... Do your own research, make your own assessments & then act on your conclusions rather than the majority of the tripe posted here ..... always so much easier to accept the ups & downs, gains & losses when they're the result of your own calculated decisions...... but then in my view there are just those who enjoy & feel vindicated blaming others for their lot, failings & losses.

SOYO ... by inference I believe the 'indirect' relevance to KDNC is primarily through it's exposure & direct holding in EMH .... personally as previously expressed I believe the potential for our 8.2% direct EMH holding (assuming we haven't sold more since the last presentation) is now somewhat limited .... Considering that a current doubling of EMH's SP to £1.25ish (likely/unlikely make your own mind up) would only add at best between 5 & 6p to ours due to our own dilution.... would it/could it go higher well the jury's out on that for me....

I remember years ago saying that we'd be diluted to 20bn shares in issue (pre consolidation) & being scoffed at for it ........ we're now at the equivalent of 16.8bn pre consolidation so only another 32M at today's consolidated SCAP.

...@ Obs ...yes indeed you are correct I was looking in the wrong column it is £700k for 49% on identifying drill targets - apols I was wrong on that point .... Back to share issues for the next stage I think .....

. ... if we must :-/ .... we're not buying shares to take a greater stake in LS/LT we'd be issuing more of our own shares as per the option agreements which would be relevant when 'suitable drill targets are identified' as per the schedule to take us ultimately to 100% ownership (by more share issues pending satisfactory progress) with Lithium at it's current levels it's a good one to focus on alongside Amapa IMO... extract from the option Agreement for 49% below:

Indeed .... seems ridiculous to be concerned about share trading & losing a few quid gambling in the AIM when so many are losing so much more.

Litchfield and Picasso Projects

On 29 September 2021, Cadence announced that Castillo Copper (ASX/LON: CCZ) ("Castillo") had entered into a 90-day option agreement with Lithium Technologies Pty Ltd ("LT") and Lithium Supplies Pty Ltd ("LS") in which Cadence owns a 31% shareholding, to acquire the Litchfield and Picasso Lithium Projects in the Northern Territory (NT) and Western Australia (WA) respectively.

LT and LS have informed us that the board of CCZ and LT & LS have mutually agreed to unwind the Option Agreement. As part of the break agreement terms, the A$50,000 deposit has been returned to CCZ.

For some Clarity MrC .... the 'placing' was oversubscribed but the 'Open offer' to existing shareholders wasn't taken up in full (less than 50% take up).

The placing was oversubscribed because it was discounted the open offer wasn't taken up because it was (& is now) cheaper to buy on the open market when the SP was dropped & all the selling occured ....

O&W re your 22:10 last night Email comms can at least e evidenced which is a step up from verbal comms which can be denied or twisted.... :-)

that may well fly in the face of your handle however your interpretation of the first two points are yours to make & are of no interest to me either way ...... however I do so hope you're correct re Sonora in regards to selling it (whether to GFL or someone else) if they sell it for the value that it's been stated to be (or more!) by KM happy happy days .... if undersold in that respect it'll remove a reason to continue holding after Amapa is fully resolved for us as well - so perversely helps my exit expectations & decisions so kinda happy days too :-)

Looking forward to finding that out at least - assuming the Non Listed asset referred to is indeed Sonora

@MD ... Indeed .... fortunately overall I've still got my head above the water here but it's lapping at my chin now after recent purchases rather than my neck LoL

See what the next few weeks bring - no TR1's so nobody has taken a significant interest in the placing apparently ho hum :-)

@Mer ..... Too many people put far too much store on broker valuations & BoD options in my opinion they mean squat if they're never reached & to date I've not seen anything WHI have suggested as value come anywhere near close to being realised, remember the BoD rewards at the equivalent of £2.18 at today's consolidated price.... I'm hopeful that the 29p will be achieved but it's by no means guaranteed IMO.

I reckon our current SP is more impacted by the uncertainty over outcomes regarding our Sonora lithium interests re the China/US questions & more indirectly to Putin via his very public handshake with Bolsonaro & Brazil's close ties with Russia where Amapa & our Iron interests are .... trading world doesn't like questions & uncertainty.... our 2 main assets currently!!

Something I am absolutely under no doubt about is that I regret committing to taking part in the open offer when I could've now bought over 5% cheaper on market.

Just my assessment/opinions of course.
