To be fair I don't quite understand why the 'highlights' were phrased as they were .... Firstly that:

KDNC will receive up to .... (a total cash figure) .... Followed by LT/LS will receive cash & shares ....

intentionally misleading in my opinion but I guess it was designed to mislead a newbie like me huh!!

TC your 17:14 yesterday ..... unfortunately the $9M return if we don't exercise our right of first refusal to go to 49% is no more of a Guarantee than that we'll be offered the 49% in the first place ..... Indo have an 'option' to buy back the 27% not an obligation:

"If Cadence is unable to complete the second stage of the investment or not exercise its right of first refusal under the terms of the Agreement, Indo Sino will have a twelve-month option to buy the shares in JV Co held by Cadence for 1.5 (1 ½) times the price paid by Cadence for such shares."
