.....I'm pretty much indifferent to it as it's just someone extending a position ... the difference in the prices is because you have to close one position & then reopen it (hence the two trades less than a minute apart) the difference in the prices is what the broker makes on it.

....couldn't even get a quote for the full market size to sell without going NT until I dropped it to 6000 shares .... quoted 14.7 to buy & 14.5 to sell.

Yes ... reckon it must be that even the MM's don't want to risk getting stuck with too many shares when no-ones really buying the amount more are prepared to sell.

@Dallas .... you could well be right I took a punt at the point in time he was appointed to the BoD without doing much research other than knowing it was above .8 & below 1p so erred to the lower .... the SP then as much as now was up & down like a fiddler's elbow or the proverbial &£&#@# drawers :-) .... Either way I'd prefer we currently had the MCAP from back then than now ...... but to be fair I'd also prefer to still have 6.8Bn or the modern day equivalent (68M) shares in issue too!! LoL .... this time next year Rodders :-))

To add some meat behind Dallas's post:

KM was appointed REM CEO SEP 2013 when there was 3.8bn shares in issue @ an SP at the time of ~.55p (now = 55p) MCAP £21M.

KM was appointed to the REM Board Aug 2015 @an SP of ~ .8p (now = 80p) MCAP £54M.

but again it needs to be taken in the context that there is now the equivalent of 17.3Bn shared in issue @ what be the equivalent of ~.14p per share so a significant drop on the per share value but with getting on towards 3 X the number of shares meaning an MCAP of ~£24M.

....the SP here to me is a little irrelevant most of the time because it's (IMO) currently & has been for years driven by poor general sentiment (based on ........ !!) & traders (often making a buck on placings) rather than fundamentals ..... but at the time of consolidation the SP was 0.0875p with 10.5Bn shares in issue that's equal to £9.2M MCAP so somewhat less than now ... the SCAP now though is 70% larger than it was with warrants & options in the wings .... so all things being equal anyone with the same number of shares today as they had at the point of consolidation should have a higher portfolio value for their holding they did at the time of consolidation ..... although still massively down if you bought at the equivalent of a £1 or so & averaged down at higher than today's SP rather than lower :-{}

Correction **** 10.5Bn shares became 105M....

.... On consolidation we had 10.5Bn shares in issue that became 10.5M .... prior to the consolidation I'd stated the way they were performing & diluting we'd end up with 20Bn shares in issue & Kiran dismissed consolidation as an option .... Having consolidated anyway we now have 173M equivalent to 17.3Bn pre consolidation .... so getting closer to the equivalent of 20Bn.

the above numbers exclude any outstanding warrants/options/treasury shares.....

I'm gonna hang on for a while .... getting quoted 13.8 for a few K's worth currently but still getting quoted 13.5 flat to sell ....

Nookie... Treeshake ... maybe but with the number of sizeable lumps being sold at the bottom of the bid all the time it looks to me like there is maybe a concerted effort by someone(s) to drive/keep the price down .... maybe to tempt others to sell ..... just hope we don't need to raise any more funds prior to the PFS.... or other positive news at least
