I don't make SP price predictions nor do I calculate what the value of our non direct share holding assets might be (but will repeat Kiran's!), whilst I appreciate others like to do this I'll wait until we're formally told before I put any credence on it & hold my own assessments for myself & see how they measure up when announced.... to be fair Obs you've been shouting strong buy, fantastic value & that you're buying on everything from 3 to 33p & back again LoL ...

LoL .... Just being realistic in my opinion, some seem to think that the banks, courts & processes are all just sitting & waiting for Cadence to say sign this, do that etc when in fact you have to request transactions, considerations, book time/person's etc (which you can't do until you're in a position to) & then wait for the mechanisms of the appropriate institutions to churn through what they must in the required & necessary order.

Indeed the vesting of 20% RNS states we will 'NOW' vest 27% .... NOW means now in my opinion not at some future time when we 'have to or else' ..... Pretty sure it was also covered by Kiran in the presentations but hey ho ..... the legal, administrative processes is what will be taking the time could be anytime now but within a week or so in my opinion ..... If longer so be it....

....just to clarify my earlier comment on this: it wasn't that other chat boards/forums shouldn't exist, far from it, I couldn't be less bothered about how many & where .... Only that if people make their investment decisions based on anything anyone says positive or negative (without evidenced research) then they shouldn't be investing their own money & should leave it to a professional (body) to do it on their behalf.

...... if (& it's a big if) anyone is being 'scared' out of their investment by anything posted by anyone on this board or any other forum they shouldn't be investing money themselves & should instead leave it to a professional(s) to do it on their behalf.

...... Still waiting for that placing at a premium you argued could happen previously & you've missed out on arguing that the last placing was at a premium to the current SP - just a shame it was at such a huge discount to the SP on the day it was announced eh! LoL

.....one of the 'challenges' that needs to be factored in is that for me it must be well known that Cadence (& REM before it) always seem to follow really good news up with a placing or other debt that kills or weakens it .... It hasn't changed over the many years has it so unless there's a significant asset sale following the announcement of vesting 27% I'll be holding my breath for the placing/CLN/Loan potentially required to go to 49% ..... if that first right of refusal is actually offered to us once the criteria to take it has been satisfied ...

It took until the 7th Feb to get the 20% formally announced as vested I'd expect a similar timescale (perhaps just a little shorter) for the processing & steps to go from 20% to 27%, considering when the funds were available for transfer to start the process it will be another week or so in my opinion if sooner great if longer I wouldn't be surprised personally & we may get news on other fronts before we hear about the 27% ....

....well all I can say is if you're not 'expecting' speed why keep going on about the lack of it LoL .....

Until December there would have been absolutely no point in organizing the $3.5M funding because the 20% wasn't 'in the post to the DVLA' at that time .... between the 20% & 27% there were other requirements to be met prior to the requirement to go to 27% .... as it happened the events that were initially envisaged would occur some several months after the 20% was taken actually happened before so the need for funds to be secured more urgently .... However just having the funds is only one element to progressing to formal recognition of 27% ownership of a company which is also subject to legal & administrative processes, I suspect the funds have already been made available some weeks ago but as that's just the beginning of the processes & requirements to have the 27% ownership of a company formally & legally recognized & that takes time .... & I'm sure when it's completed we'll be told.....

Obviously we've more than what was required to progress Amapa & I'm hopeful they'll be looking at the Oz Li assets & it's potential & then of course there's Sonora/Yangi/EMH to keep on track.

As far as I'm concerned the only thing worse than focussing on too many assets is focusing on too few or only one ... so whilst Amapa may currently be front & centre in terms of time & money spent the others need time, consideration & servicing as well.
